The Ultimate Vacation Rental. One mile from the Main Inn, on 80 acres and the banks of the tranquil La Plata River, the River House has been completely renovated and now has two large king bedrooms, each bedroom has a private outside entrance, fireplace, luxury bath with walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The great room has a fireplace, full kitchen, with dining area and a reading alcove with a twin bed that can convert to a king bed. There is also a powder room (1/2 bath) and a washer and dryer. A patio with gas grill completes this stunning house on the river.

Two more bedrooms, one w/ 1 queen, other 2 queen shares a jack and jill bath. Great location for Mesa Verde National Park and skiing.

The bathrooms, showers & kitchen are in the center of the Campground & shared. Raven has a small pump sink inside,a small battery station, solar lighting, and a fire pit outside. This Southwest-style Casita has a large living room with gas fireplace, wet bar, and a sleeping alcove with twin bed bancos. The bedroom with king bed has mountain views and a private patio. The sunny bath can be separated into two baths by a pocket door, one side having a whirlpool tub for two and the other a walk-in shower. This Casita is ideal for two to four guests.
