The house includes a spacious sunny backyard with lots of privacy and a private driveway. The location is perfect: within 10 minutes cycling in the cozy center of Doetinchem, within a few minutes walking in the nature reserve De Zumpert and within 5 minutes driving on the A12. In addition, very centrally located in the beautiful rural area of De Achterhoek.

Rustic enjoyment in the Achterhoek

This beautiful detached 2 under 1 roof house, 900m2 garden, private road, close to the cozy Doetinchem (1.5 km to center) and 200m from the Kruisberg forests. Meadows, horses, beautiful views, (setting sun) it is wonderful to relax (Own Sauna, swimming pool) and certainly also a play paradise for children, Trampoline, Swimming pool, very large garden the children can enjoy their time. Nice side effect, feeding and cuddling the chickens and rabbits please :) In short, enjoy!

Spacious home with summer garden where you feel like you are in Ibiza. In a residential area, but with lots of greenery around the house. Lots of privacy. 1.5 km from the cozy city center and 3.5 km from recreational lake Stroombroek. 2x women's bike, 2x children's bike (8 & 10 years) Please note! This is our regular home, which we make available for rent during holidays. Therefore, our (private) belongings are in the cupboards. Cabinets are therefore (partially) closed.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The Grocery Store

The Grocery Store holiday home is a tastefully furnished and luxurious village house in Zeddam in Gelderland. This former grocery store dating from 1953 is renovated in style and has various authentic elements such as beamed ceilings. But, the modern luxury gadgets are not forgotten, such as glasfiber WiFi, 55" LED TV with cinema sound, free standing bathtub and rain shower. And yes, there is a real classic Fiat 600 in your living room :-)

Centrally located within the border area of De Liemers and De Achterhoek. This studio is 290 meters away from Didam train station. Arnhem Velperpoort Station (17 minutes) and Doetinchem Centraal (12 minutes) are easily accessible. The supermarket is 100 meters away, the cozy center of Didam is 200 meters away. The Guesthouse is available for temporary use. In all cases, you must have and keep your main residence elsewhere in the world.

Welcome to Izzy's spacious studio. The wood-burning stove heats the cozy large space. You can plop down in the sitting area, play a record and unwind. For the evening meal, you use your own kitchen and dine at the regulars' table. At nightfall, the canopy bed is ready for you. Close the curtains and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first turn on the wood-burning stove, and the surroundings invite you to a nice exploration!
