Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montgomery County

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay! This Airbnb was the perfect place for our family to getaway and enjoy the amazing pool, plus the cosy house to relax in. Yasiel was very accommodating and responsive and was a great host! We’re already trying to plan our next trip back - can’t recommend enough!

Our stay was wonderful and for the first time the pictures matched the descriptions and the views were gorgeous. Nice and quiet area I would recommend to anyone that wants getaway. Scott was an awesome host, very proactive and great communicator.

We absolutely loved the house. Everything was very comfortable. We relaxed in every room. Dean was very responsive with questions. We enjoyed being able to spend the day in a nice uncluttered pool area. The house was very clean and uncluttered with space for our bags in the rooms and we weren’t tripping over them. Plenty of space for six adults and a small dog to relax in the same rooms without being on top of each other. The best air b&b we have ever stayed in.

I’m so happy that we found this farmhouse in the country. Conveniently located with a beautiful setting . We were even given fresh farm eggs. I wish we were able to do more hiking, but the weather was not in our favor. Best of all we could bring our fur baby with us . If I was coming up to this area again, I would be more than happy to stay there again. The House was extremely clean. It’s a farmhouse so yes, I had to get rid of a few wasps but that’s expected.

I stayed at this beautiful home while attending a family wedding. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed with lots of lovely touches, such as a bottle of wine, sparkling water and snacks. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning floors, a beautiful fireplace, spacious bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and peaceful backyard. Great historic walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend this listing.

I had a great stay! Brian was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. A pinball lover’s dream! This Airbnb is full of quirky charm and rare titles you won’t find just anywhere—perfect for enthusiasts and collectors alike. The games played great, the decor was packed with personality, and the vibe was peaceful yet fun. Quiet, quaint location with a few great walkable restaurant options nearby. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and respectful of our space. We’d absolutely stay again!

We had a great time in Melanie’s place! It’s very cute, but be aware that it is a little small. There is also a very long staircase to make your way up to the top. We stayed here as a stopover on the way to the Finger lakes which works well! Unfortunately the Little Falls downtown seems mostly closed and empty, so make sure to plan accordingly!

This place is such a gem. Walkable to all the great spots in Saratoga, and also on a quiet street, so it was very peaceful at night. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Monica was truly an amazing host, and provided clear instructions and guidance about the place, and the check in/out process. We are definitely considering a return here for our next visit!!

I have stayed here several times. It is my favorite place to stay when I visit family. I am in sanctuary heaven. The lovely river view, the horses, chickens and fur babies fill my heart every time. Mara is a wonderful host and I hope she continues to Airb&b her place for years to come.

Truly a gilded age stay. Beautifully detailed historic townhome - unit is a second floor suite w complete kitchen. Great location across the street from Troy’s outstanding Saturday market.
