Place was just as listed. It was clean, spacious and beautiful, we felt right at home. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Richard was very responsive and accommodating. we had fun and relaxing time. very good stay overall!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this spacious house especially the pool! It was quiet, private and very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is very close to the local golf course. Paula was very responsive and helpful. I will say that when we arrived, the pool was quite dirty due to not having a cover but it was storming before we arrived so it was not Paula’s fault and when we reached out to her about it, she had someone come out and clean it the next morning which we very much appreciated! The Airbnb was clean when we arrived and the stay was amazing!

Jake's home is outstanding with comfortable beds for for a couple and up to 4 kids. It's spotless and well-appointed with everything you would need and more. It's in a quiet, peaceful, well-kept neighborhood close to plenty of grocery and restaurant options. We were there for a baseball tournament in Tomball, which was a quick 30 minute drive and Jake's place is far better than any hotel. The kitchen was stocked with nice cookware, with plenty of seasonings and everything was in perfect working order. The coffee station is a nice touch in the mornings. Jake is also a welcoming and very responsive host. We would recommend to anyone.

This place is just awesome. the pool is next level. plenty of fresh linens and towels in each bathroom and by the pool. David ( the host)is very responsive and helpful. the only negative is the outdoor kitchen wasn't operational. But we didn't really care because everything else was so great. We plan on renting this property for all our future trips to the area.
