Great neighborhood. House is located 30 seconds away from Downtown Conroe and very close to the freeway, Lake Conroe and other very great sites. Gated house with remote control access. Compound is fully concreted and has a very unique style. This is a brand new house (May 2021) and has not been lived in before! It has safety features like alarms, fire extinguisher and all. There is free parking space, laundry room, AC, kitchen and all amenities. It is completely tiled. There is free Wi-Fi, Cable

Weekend Hideaway

Country living at it’s best. Quiet neighborhood for a quick morning run or cycle. The house sets off the main road with deer coming into the yard on occasion. The 600 sqft. Studio sets up high in the trees, with its own private entrance. No one will disturb you as you melt into a good book or head out early to fish or boat on Lake Conroe. Visitors can step back into Texas’ history and shop for antiques in the town of Montgomery, birth place of the Texas flag. Due to wildlife no pets please

This unique place has a style all its own, think Miami in the 80s. We have bright colors everywhere with lots of greenery, florals, and plants. The bedroom is painted all pink, the living room has a beautiful hand painted mural with pink and green palm leaves, and we have more touches of pink and green throughout. This guest apartment is connected to our business which is a photography & event studio so the driveway, yard, and lot are a shared space and can have activity any day of the week.

Within 5 minutes from Lone Star College, HEB, Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, the Woodlands Mall, Medical Centers. Two queen size beds in two rooms can sleep up to 4 people and one person can sleep on the sofa bed. We can provide a portable baby cot (for a child under 2 years old).
