Holiday rentals with a patio in Monti, Rome

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

I had an incredible experience staying here. From the moment I walked in I felt right at home and was struck by how immaculately clean and new everything was. The space is spotless and clearly very well cared for. Beyond that, the apartment is perfectly located, you can easily reach all of the main sights! Walking distance to the Colosseum, Termini train station and there's also many great restaurants and grocery stores locally, some just a 2 minute walk away. Jessica is an incredible hostess. Very kind, responsive and thoughtful. She offered helpful local tips, was flexible with my arrival time and ensured everything ran smoothly for me. This place and Jessica exceeded all expectations and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

The apartment was really beautiful, in a fabulous location on a quiet back street, close to so many amenities, sights, restaurants and small supermarkets. Only a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps, and convenient to several metro stations. We did our sightseeing early in the morning and were back just after lunchtime every day to enjoy quiet afternoons and evenings relaxing on the sunny/ shady terrace. Our host was fantastic, really responsive. We wouldn’t advise it for people with mobility issues, there is quite a few a steps up to and within the apartment and also 4 very steep steps to get onto the terrace. That was fine for us . Also the apartment door was quite challenging at times….and requires some level of patience. But we had an amazing stay and would go back. Top tip. Get a travel pass from a tabac, it allows you travel on the Metro, tram &bus, making it convenient to get around. Bus stop is close by.

Truly one of the greatest airbnbs we have ever stayed in! It was incredibly clean, spacious and we felt right at home. Location was perfect and safe — not loud or too busy and extremely close to the tram to go sight seeing and into the centre of the city (very quick tram ride too!) Local cafes, restaurants and bars just steps away from the apartment. Chiara was an amazing host — quick to respond, allowed us to check in early, sent us many local recommendations and tips right after we checked in and was quick to respond to any questions we had! I highly recommend staying at Chiaras airbnb, we will definitely be back!!

Daniel a great host and always looked out for me, from the start, with all the possible recommendations to make my stay enjoyable. The apartment is impeccable throughout the word, better than the photos. I highly recommend it.

Alessandro’s place is great value for money: St. Peter’s is just a short walk away, bus stops to stations and attractions just outside the door and yet the price is fair and affordable. The place was spotless and just as described. Only little hiccups were figuring out what coffee pods the coffee machine needs and a door lock that had been damaged by the previous guests -which Alessandro promptly offered to repair as soon as it was pointed out- Overall, we had an awesome stay and i’d definitely recommend it. Thanks Alessandro!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Matteo’s flat. The flat is as described with very comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathroom are not huge but very well equipped and modern so they work well. Despite being 1 minute walk from the chaos of the Trevi fountain , the flat is very quiet and we slept really well after busy days sight seeing. The terrace is a real asset and a nice space to relax. We had some issues getting into the flat a couple of times but Matteo was very responsive and the issues very quickly addressed. We definitely recommend the flat!

Lovely comfortable stay. The apartment has lots of character which we really enjoyed. Having the courtyard available was a real bonus. Quick communication via the app as well as clear written instructions about all appliances. A helpful area guide was provided by the host, of which we used many recommendations.

Great stay! Had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully will be back soon. Thanks again!!

Staying with Giovanna felt like a warm bath: Giovanna is a lovely person with excellent host qualities. Once in Rome, do go for the stylish house, the superb terrace, the handy stores nearby, the relaxness of it all. And of course for the love of truely great Giovanna: A glorious 5 days stay it was! We will return!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Trastevere. The space was impeccably clean, with both indoor and outdoor areas that were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Rome. The location is ideal—tucked away in a charming neighborhood but within easy walking distance to some of the city's best restaurants and cafes. What really stood out was the host's flexibility and support. When we experienced a last-minute flight delay, they were incredibly helpful in rearranging our airport taxi and making sure everything went smoothly upon our arrival. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome! My one small suggestion would be for people to bring some ear plugs or play white noise at night because there are some typical “big city noises” that can be heard easily from the bottom bedroom.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

My wife and I stayed in Marco’s chalet for the last few days of our honeymoon and loved it! Such unique place - you come into an apartment building, get to the top floor and go through the door into the beautiful wooden chalet with a lovely open but private roof terrace. Marco was fantastic - he had to stop by at one point to switch off the irrigation system for the plants, and very kindly gave us a beautiful bottle of sparkling rosé for our honeymoon. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay just a little bit out of the busy centre of Trastevere, this was a real peaceful oasis to come back to, and it only took us 10 minutes to get to the centre of Trastevere, where we ate every night.

Cool spot in a young, hip neighborhood that still felt welcoming for a family of four. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard as much as we would've liked due to the mosquitos but everything else was great.
