Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Vanuit de tuin kijk je uit over de vallei met een afwisselend panorama van bossen, heggen en weilanden. Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
