Kitchen : toaster, coffee maker, nespresso, toaster, mini oven, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge freezer. No TV but a large library, board games, stereo with many CDs. Large sunny and furnished terrace of 60 m2 with tables and sun loungers overlooking the garden. Ready for bikes on request. Backpack for hikes.
