Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain à la ferme et déguster du vin chez nos amis vigneron.

A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. With its 5 bedrooms, spacious and friendly living areas, a large wooded garden, a wellness area (jacuzzi and sauna), everything is combined for a relaxing stay.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a nice vacation.
