Quiet independent accommodation

On the ground floor, a large space with equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom with double bed, one separate toilet, one second office/bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed. The entire property is enclosed and wooded with free parking 3-minute walk to the train station and 8-minute walk to the city center. Price for 2 people with entire accommodation. €10 for each extra guest. Early check-in or late check-out subject to a minimum surcharge of €15 depending on the schedule

Studio ideally located for spa guests or to discover Montrond and its surroundings. Everything is close, shops, restaurants, weekly market (Thursday) 5 minutes walk. Thermal baths, Les Iléades and their Park (less than 15 minutes' walk). Tourist Office 5-minute walk. It is located on the first floor without elevator access and is close to free public parking. Linens and towels provided. Not recommended if you are looking for calm. Please note, no smoking in the accommodation!

On one level, it consists of a bedroom with double bed and baby bed if necessary, a living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and open equipped kitchen. In summer, during the day, access to the swimming pool of the owners' house right next door. (Non-private swimming pool for tenants to share but it is large, 6 m X 12 m) 30% discount for spa guests

A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).
