Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. The cottage is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors and another to the west, equipped with a garden lounge. You can enjoy the pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead-end street with no traffic. Ideal for rest!
