Holiday rentals with a patio in Montserrat

I liked the accommodation very much, two beaches were within walking distance, Phylmhor was not present, but sent a message more often and inquired, but on site I could reach her sister at any time, the residents are all very friendly and helpful

Great little studio space, which is very clean and orderly, almost like a little hotel room - although nice that it’s not, since a bit more personable. It’s in a building with a few more rooms presumably similar, but I was the only one around during my stay. Nice little balcony, lovely breezes and well outfitted kitchen. This was a great place to arrive and settle into Montserrat. I also got to rent a car from Sharra which was a great a seamless experience. Will definitely keep this as a top option for my future stays in Montserrat. Thank you Sharra!

I loved this place so much! Thank you so much for having me - this had everything I needed. The decoration inside was lovely and to a very high standard. Whilst I was only here for a couple of nights, it has everything you need for a long term stay and excellent wifi (essential if you are working). I would stay here again happily, it's a brilliant location, supermarket only 3 minute walk away, easy walk down to the beach, fantastic views from the apartment too!

Amazing!!! No words!! Location. Cleanliness. Host. He helped us renting a car. He let us check in early. And of course Montserrat 🇲🇸 is just a hidden gem!! Just go here!!!

This was my 5th trip to Montserrat. Each time I’ve stayed I’ve rented an AirBnB or stayed with friends. This home, by far, was my most enjoyable and comfortable stay! Upon entry it was clean and spacious. Amenities and household items were plentiful and well thought out. The views are spectacular. I will continue to book this home whenever I can. The only minor drawback was that the listed description for the 2nd bedroom did not match what was actually there - only 1 bed instead of 2. But the 2nd bed was in the private apartment downstairs.

This place was amazing! The views incredible! The grounds were like a botanical garden. The bedroom, bath, sitting area and full kitchen was great amount of space for my husband and I. Actually, the sitting area outside, we used the most. My husband purchased a fan because the heat and humidity got to him at night, well I needed it too. A rooster woke us up every morning around 5am. You don't need an alarm clock on the island. lol. The chickens roam free. There are so many species of birds and other wildlife on the island to admire. The electricity went off for a few hours, Kristy Lee the house manager, showed up with repairman and then called the electric company which had it back on within the hour. She responded promptly and was so nice. It's not unexpected for the electricity to go off at times for a short while, so we waited a while before we called. Kristy said to feel free to call as soon as it goes out. The internet is very fast. You could stream movies with it. Lovely time!

Silk Cotton Villa was an absolutely lovely place to stay during our first trip to Montserrat. The house is well equipped with fans, air conditioning, and WiFi. The pool is gorgeous, and the views are unbelievable. The beds are excellent quality. The location is literally minutes away from lovely hiking trails. We are extremely grateful to Alvonne for his help navigating some airport difficulties. He also helped us with so many other aspects of our trip. He connected us with tour guides and a taxi driver. He also shared many personal recommendations, including island information and history with us. Our trip was unforgettable, and we would return to Silk Cotton Villa in a heartbeat!

I fell in love with Montserrat. A terrible history - a volcano buried 2/3 of the island, including the capital. But a beautiful island, peaceful safe, incredibly friendly inhabitants, good and very entertaining restaurants. Philip's is a great place to see it from. A great view from the roof, and a truly lovely housecarer who went out of her way to be helpful. . A friendly, convenient, central and delightful apartment.

Elena's place was really lovely and her uncle and aunt, who checked us in, were very welcoming and understanding when we arrived later than we had initially said but couldn't inform them because data wasn't working on our phones. They also took us in the car to show us the nearest supermarket and restaurants and gave us tips on the area. The wifi didn't work on the first evening as there was a problem island wide and the engineer hadn't shown up that day, but it was quickly resolved the following day. Communication was very smooth throughout the entire process. Our neighbours, a lovely couple who are long term tenants in the flat below the one we stayed in, were extremely friendly and helpful - one day they even brought us some guineps (Spanish limes) which were delicious. St John's, like all of Montserrat, was full of very lovely and welcoming people. And it's a great location from where you can easily get to any part of the island.

The pool, the pool, the pool. Oh, and yes the house and the views. We had a wonderful stay at Trelawney. The pictures were very accurate, although the magnificence of the views can only be captured in person. We were in Montserrat for a family reunion which had many planned activities. However when we had any down time, we were in the pool. The pool was immaculate, and Robbyn did a wonderful job of keeping it that way. Asha was wonderful as well, very thorough and very personable. Adrienne was very helpful in letting us know where to shop for food as well as suggesting what we could bring with us. She also helped us secure transportation. Winston was wonderful and we used him for the entire time that we were on the island. It was so wonderful to be back on the island, our first time since the volcano. Adrienne was very responsive any time that we reached out to her. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We would gladly stay there again.
