You can take the picnic basket that is inside the apartment and take your coffee / breakfast to the roof garden to enjoy the view. There is a car parking space available for our guests. I love contacting my guests to make sure you are enjoying your stay and answering your questions quickly. The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach. You can walk to the Historical Center (30 min to Bellas Artes). The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

Muy tranquilo y silencioso pues se encuentra protegido por cuatro frondosos arboles del jardín. El barrio de Santa María se ha posicionado en el gusto de la gente joven, hay una amplia gama gastronómica y es una colonia aledaña al Centro Histórico, a 10 minutos a pie del metro San Cosme, a 4 estaciones llega al Zócalo.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
