Counts with a convenient kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a spacious walk-in closet. Located on a 10th floor of a new iconic building, overlooking to Reforma Avenue, the apartment is packed with amenities, including high speed internet and cable TV. It fits comfortably 2 people on it's king size bed (+2 on inflatable queen mattress available upon request). Enjoy Alberto Kalach's design, indoor and outdoor gardens and take the most of your Mexico City experience at this great location. Blocks away from historical and cultural sites, museums, subway stations, parks, restaurants, and minutes from the hippest and most traditional neighborhoods of the city. Monthly guests have access to 2 parking slots + warehouse. We live on the city and will be available to welcome and assist you. We can also support you with itineraries, recommendations, bookings and additional paid transportation with or without driver, and housekeeping. The Tabacalera is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Mexico City, dating from XVII century it has seen it all, it got it's name and new Identity by mid 19th Century and was renovated on the 30´s when iconic deco buildings where added. Monumento a la Revolución, San Carlos Museum, The National Library and Republic Avenue give it a unique personality. Downtown and old neighborhoods as San Rafael & Santa María, Juárez, are blocks away from Tabacalera, and hip hoods as Condesa, Roma and Polanco are minutes away driving or cycling. This is definitely a location you´ll never forget. Subway stations, Taxi Stands, EcoBici posts, and Metro Bus are steps away from the property. This is a brand new apartment, with state of the art systems, sound isolated balconies, and central water heating. The property is guarded by GRIP Security 24/7 Rooftop amenities including: Spa (with a variety of massages and facials), Gym, Steam-room & Cafeteria + Lounges on the upper floor and lower level of the rooftop, where the semi-olimpic pool and jacuzzi are places surrounded by garden strips. Departamento nuevo en tres niveles con espléndida vista a un bello jardín mexicano-andaluz. Dos amplías camas, dos baños completos, cocina equipada, comedor y una cómoda sala. Muy tranquilo y silencioso pues se encuentra protegido por cuatro frondosos arboles del jardín. El barrio de Santa María se ha posicionado en el gusto de la gente joven, hay una amplia gama gastronómica y es una colonia aledaña al Centro Histórico, a 10 minutos a pie del metro San Cosme, a 4 estaciones llega al Zócalo.
