The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

El barrio de Santa María se ha posicionado en el gusto de la gente joven, hay una amplia gama gastronómica y es una colonia aledaña al Centro Histórico, a 10 minutos a pie del metro San Cosme, a 4 estaciones llega al Zócalo.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
