Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. House in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne and close to the "Purple Perigord". Agricultural, historical and gastronomic area where life is good. Come and enjoy our accommodation, a new house with views of the countryside. It has air conditioning, heating in each room, large living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms one with a 160 bed, terraces and a large garden. It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lake Lourbet 2 km away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Andrieux dovecote is a cottage of character in the quiet and green countryside of Lot-et-Garonne. You have a large green space shaded by our 100-year-old oak tree. The cottage is conveniently located for discovering our beautiful region, from Lot-et-Garonne to Dordogne. Our house is located near the cottage but the green lawn area in front of the dovecote is spacious enough for guests to be independent.

Set within five hectares of gardens, meadows, and woodland, it offers privacy, calm, and direct access to nature, while still being a short walk from a local baker, small shop, and a friendly English pub. Private terrace, shared pool, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable setup for weekly or monthly stays, including remote work.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
