Cook breakfast in a glossy, minimalist kitchen before taking a short stroll to the beach. Relax and unwind in the evenings in this comfy abode, enjoying a glass of bubbles whilst watching the sun set. Brand New!!! Come and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of our apartment. The apartment has been custom built on our property and is the one and only apartment. We are located in the golden triangle of Alexandra Headland up on the hill and the apartment has been built to ensure capturing of the ocean breezes and views. Close to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance or a short drive. It is a great central place to begin to explore the Sunshine Coast. We do not provide breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a sandwich press, a microwave and fridge so you can make your own easy meals. NOTE: there is no cooktop available. The apartment is all yours! There is an outdoor shower available downstairs so that you can rinse off after the beach. There is lots of street parking available, usually just across the road. As the apartment is located at the back of our property it is extremely private, however we are here if you need assistance or local advice. The home is set in Alexandra Headland in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk from wonderful beaches, surf clubs and sunny cafes. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and charming shops. Getting around by car is easy. There are buses nearby which run regularly and will transport you anywhere on the coast from Caloundra to Noosa. There is a shuttle service from the local Sunshine Coast Airport (20 mins) and also from the Brisbane International airport (approx 1 hr). Taxis (Suncoast Cabs) and Uber are also available.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was cozy, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The house had all the amenities we could need, making it super convenient. The pool was absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the beautiful alfresco area where we could relax and watch the kids enjoy the water. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy family holiday. A great spot to stay if you want to be in the centre of things. Central to supermarkets and restaurants. We just wanted to stop and chill. It rained most of the time so stop we did. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Just the best. Sleep at the front if you want white noise or in the rear if you like more quiet. Really appreciated all the little things in the cupboards and cleaning items. Shower great. Fabulous fridge with never ending ice. Pool lovely on the one day we could visit it. Michelle’s communications were great and very responsive.

The Skyview—Panoramic Beach House with Lap Pool

Gorgeous modern property. Not much to fault the place as it is pretty perfect. Every space is styled to perfection and immaculately clean. It is 3 levels, however, the addition of the elevator is awesome, especially for my older family members. One thing I did miss was that the pool is not heated so keep that in mind. We stayed in April so it was a bit colder during our stay, I'm sure in hotter months it would be more appreciated. Lovely view of the beach from the balcony, although it is on a fairly busy street so we did find it to be too loud to sit out there. However, the floor to ceiling windows in the family room help mitigate this.

Our host Katie was responsive and very helpful. This house is beautiful and has ample sleeping and living space for 2 families. Privacy isn’t an issue and it is very clean with everything you might need available and easily accessible. Lovely outdoor dining space too. Highly recommend this house and it will be at the top of my list next time we head to the Sunshine Coast.
