My family, fur babies and I had a wonderful 4 night mini-break at Mudjimba Beach which is a fabulous dog-friendly beach. The accommodation was in a fantastic location. Lovely back garden. Look forward to going again

The place is absolutely stunning, very peaceful and private. Ideal getaway to unwind and relax, conveniently located just a short drive from Noosa, Eumundi, Perigian Beach, even Coolum, if you want to dine, wine, shop or go to the beach. We loved the place, and its Zen vibe. The grass patch at the bottom of the property was an ideal spot to sip on a morning coffee and soak in the nature. Our little schnauzer absolutely loved wondering around the grass area as well as sitting on the balcony. The breakfast was a really nice touch and much more than what we expected. I would definitely recommend this property and its wonderful host Russ.

Stunning house in beautiful surroundings. The garden and grounds are beautifully maintained and the fire pit has the best views for watching the sunset. A large spacious home with large bedrooms, living and kitchen area. Highly recommend for families or friends. You won’t be disappointed.

What a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, the location perfect and the home beautifully styled. We felt very much at home and believe this place is wonderful for a short or long stay. All amenities have been thought of with all the little touches that make you feel welcome. We really appreciated the local cheese, biscuits and bubbles too! Thank you Jill and John for sharing your place with us and making us feel so comfortable.

Had an amazing time here, the house is huge and is great for a large group or for a couple of families. The house is setup with an array of great supplies like kids toys, board games and kitchen utensils/ appliances which made our stay easy and comfortable. The location is great, can easily walk to the beach, it’s a nice quiet street (definitely be extra courteous to the neighbour on the left, when you’re looking at the house). We had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Lou and Brian were amazing hosts. They are super friendly and accomadating. Their property was great and had everything we could possibly need. It was very peaceful and close to everything. The Bed and Breakfast supplies were plentiful. We will definitely be back next time we are on the Sunny Coast visiting family. Very happy. Thank you Lou and Brian. 🙏

Nice quick stay on the Coast to see family and the unit was the perfect size for our family of 4, clean and comfy. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Will be rebooking. Clean, comfy, great amenities and great for our family 2 kids with a friend each with the 3 bedrooms we all had space. Loved living, kitchen, deck upstairs and downstairs ground floor sleeping/bathrooms. Close to drive into Noosa and Peregian. Photos on the site are a collection of different villas in the whole property. Not of the one we were in as it was amazing. Gavra was a wonderful host. Was a very Happy New Year for us staying here. Thank you Gavra we’ll be back. 🙏🏼

Absolutely amazing place to stay, the house was so clean and private with such an incredible view. Everything you need close by and Kayla was so friendly and quick to respond with anything we asked. Would recommend for anyone, whether you have a large group or just a couple that wants to spoil themselves in the hill tops. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and we particularly enjoyed the various outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the perfect location within an easy 5 min walk to the beach. The beach was nice and quiet compared to other beaches in area. Would definitely stay again for a special occasion.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot, with everything we needed for our stay. The kids favourite part was the golf cart! We would stay here again next time we come to the area, we found it a much more enjoyable stay compared to booking a hotel.

A little piece of paradise! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bo's beautifully furnished 4-bedroom villa in Coolum Beach. The property is a true gem—spacious, super clean, and tastefully decorated. Waking up to the ocean view was a dream, and we loved having our morning coffee on either the main balcony or the private one off the master bedroom. The kitchen is a standout feature—huge and fully equipped, perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The villa feels secluded and peaceful, yet it’s only a short 10-minute drive to beachside restaurants, supermarkets, and Dan Murphy’s. Bo was a fantastic host—very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a lovely, well-equipped villa with beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed exploring the Coolum Beach area and viewing migrating whales from the patio.

Fantastic experience! From the moment we opened the door we were greeted with an AMAZING looking house. All 4 bedrooms are great and have own bathrooms, ideal for groups of 8 people (4 couples which was our case). This property is truly magical, with a track via buggy through the golf courses to the beach, this is definitely a place to stay for a relaxing good quality holidays! The swimming pool and tennis court are right next to the house which makes it even more convenient. Highly recommended! By the way, the host was just great, hats off to Bruce. Good on you mate and tks heaps for making our staying exceeds our expectation!

We had such a wonderful stay!! Hayley has such a beautiful home with a very modern feel to it. Awesome place to either chill out by the pool or make as a home base when exploring the sunny coast. Communication was excellent made easy by Hayleys friendliness and daily hot tips. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away and feel at home away from home. Looking forward to going back :)

This is a lovely property. It’s so spacious, modern and stylish. Bedrooms were all big, with super comfy beds, lovely bed linens, we all slept beautifully. It’s a well thought-out house, there are so many spaces. everything works. The roof deck is a surprise and the perfect spot for a sunset drink. The house is a few blocks from the beach, and only a 2 minute walk to local cafes and shops. It has apartment buildings all around it, but somehow it’s completely private and silent. Every window looks out to lush green gardens and the neighbours are invisible. We loved it and will hopefully be back. It’s an expensive house but was worth every penny!

Corinne's house was absolutely beautiful. A very modern house with the best fixtures, fitting and furniture. All appliances we top quality and I very impressed with the high level decorations. The weather wasn't kind to us but because the house was so spacious with a number of separate areas are 3 couples we were able to separate as desired or gather together as required. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

We had a lovely stay at Kat’s beautiful villa. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It was perfectly located near the stunning mountain town of Montville, which made exploring the area so convenient. Although we had some rain during our trip, it didn’t take away from the peaceful atmosphere or the beauty of the mountain region. A wonderful getaway, highly recommend!

Our stay at Holiday House 7 at Essence Peregian Beach over Christmas was exceptional! We loved the location, loved the pools and the house was fabulous. Only thing was a lack of basic pantry items (salt and pepper, oil and baking paper etc.) which would have been ideal. Otherwise we had a wonderful time at a great holiday house, we will be back again in the future and would recommend to others.

This location and, in particular, the proximity to an uncrowded but surf life safer patrolled section of the beach was fantastic. Well-appointed and largish bedrooms with a massive and very comfortable communal area. The only downside and it's not a biggy for us was that the beds are a little on the soft side, particularly for those used to or who prefer a medium to firm bed. Great communication from Gavra the host. Would definitely like to visit again. thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The receptionist at the holiday park was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful at night. I’d definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Stunning views from this beautiful home. Location was great, easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very close to the airport and short drives to other popular spots, Noosa, golf courses, markets. Would love to visit and stay here again.
