Es war alles sehr schön! Das Haus ist super. Waren mit den Mädls nur im Pool. Sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung komplett privat. Zofia sehr freundlich und sehr sympathisch! Werden aufjedenfall nochmal kommen❤️

Veľmi pekné ubytovanie, všetko krásne čisté, so zabezpečeným parkovaním vo dvore. Vírivka na záhrade bola pekný bonus. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bezproblémová, pokyny boli jasné a podrobné, check-in cez lockbox tiež super. Iba pár drobností na zlepšenie - nedostatok svetla pri vírivke (žiarovečky na pergole nefungovali), vírivka by mohla byť nahriata už pri príchode hostí a v sprchovom kúte chýbal šampón a sprchový gél. Kapsuly do kávovaru by mohli byť k dispozícii aspoň pre ubytovaný počet hostí (boli pripravené 2 kapsule pre 5 hostí) a vínko k pobytu zdarma by viac potešilo nejaké lokálne, ako talianske Prosecco :) Ale to sú všetko iba skutočné maličkosti, ubytovanie určite odporúčam všetkými desiatimi.

Krasne ubytovani zarizene s citem a vkusem. Na tomto miste se zastavil cas, kde v ruce se sklenkou vinka za poslechu gramofonovych desek proste jenom "jste" a uzivate si byti. V okoli naleznete neposkozenou krajinu s peknymi vyhledy a minimem lidi. Proto pokud chcete zpomalit, toto misto je pro Vas to prave.

Nedokážu si představit lepší pobyt v létě, než tady. Krásný luxusní dům, zahrádka, pergola s grilem a bazén. Vše probíhalo perfektně včetně komunikace s majitelem, který na nás počkal až do večera, jelikož se náš příjezd zpozdil. Nemám co vytknout. Doporučuju. Snad příští rok znovu :)

I enjoyed to stay. Everything was well equipped and it was very calm and peaceful. The host supported us everytime we need something. Thank you very much and I would love to stay there again if I get a chance to visit Czech Republic.

Nádherné místo, se vším všudy co člověk potřebuje na to aby vypnul a nic nemusel. Hostitelum 5* od komunikace přes vybavení chatky, popisu všeho, úžasného vína a domácí marmelády ve vinici. Vše bylo tak jak popsané, krásně zařízené, postele pohodlné, čistota na 1+. Zahrada krásná, vířivka osvěžující (bylo tak teplo že jsme ani vodu neohřívali). Malé detaily na které hostitelé mysleli udělali náš pobyt ještě příjemnější (stolní hry, čaje, káva, sprchový gel, dřevo na oheň, dekorace, zahrada). Auto se dá zaparkovat hned u branky, vedle jsou sousedi (milí lidé), výhled na louku, les a vinici. Neskutečný klid a ticho. Moc moc děkujeme, jeli bychom hned znovu.

Das Apt. erstreckt sich über drei Etagen. Eingang ist ebenerdig mit WC u Garderobe; zur großzügigen Küche geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Dahinter ist das Bad. Im 1. OG. ist ein Zimmer mit ausziehbarem Sofa und TV, dahinter ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit gr Kleiderschrank; in der Mansarde befindet sich ein weiteres Doppelbett, ein Schrank sowie zwei Sessel u. kl. Tisch. Nett. Wenn man keine Treppen scheut, ist genug Platz für mehrere Personen. Die Küche ist zweigeteilt in Essbereich - sogar ein Hochstühlchen steht bereit - und Arbeitsbereich - hier ist auch ein Hochtisch mit zwei Hockern. Im Kühlschrank lagen Margarine, Käse u Marmelade bereit - sehr nette Geste. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Juni (bei 30 Grad +)war es hier angenehm kühl, da im Souterrain; in der Mansarde war es recht warm. Die Kommunikation erledigte vorwiegend ein Algorhythmus mit detaillierten Infos von Hans. Einzelfragen beantwortet er persönlich. Wir durften später auschecken, sehr kulant. What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We had a great time with our two adult children. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots to see while also being close to landmarks for sightseeing. The space itself is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after a day out exploring. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert von der tollen, extrem gepflegten und topp ausgestatteten Wohnung, der grandiosen und ruhigen Lage mit schnellen Verbindungsmöglichkeiten ins Zentrum und natürlich auch von unserem wunderbaren Gastgeber Alexander. Er erfüllte uns alle erdenklichen Wünsche und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Ein echter Glücksfall!

The place is in a great location and is exactly as the photos show. You can walk anywhere in the city center and the place is almost on top of a huge transit station. The place is quiet even though it’s on a busy street. Each day someone reached out to see if we needed anything. They also sent a lot of recommendations. The only issue we had, and it was quickly resolved, was communication. They do not use the Airbnb message system. The hosts asked for a one hour window for our arrival which I provided. Our train was quite late and I sent a message through AirBnb that we would be late. When we arrived there was no one to let us in and we had to wait for them to finish with another check in at another building. The host had called me to ask where we were. I didn’t get the call and he never saw the message I’d sent. Also, there is a lift to the penthouse but you need to get your luggage up a staircase to get to the elevator. The host helped with the luggage.

Loved my stay at Maria's place. It looked exactly like the photos: the terrace is a god-send and really nicely decorated throughout. Clear and easy to follow check-in instructions and good location for exploring the old town, but not being right in the middle of it. Maria was super friendly and quick to respond to messages - she was also kind enough to give me an early check-in due to an early flight. Overall, one of the nicest AirBnB's I've stayed in and great value for money.

Excellent location in a beautifully updated building. Comfortable space with a peaceful quiet private patio. Great bars and restaurants just at the corner. Highly recommend the corner pub!

Susanna was great- really helpful and communicated with us perfectly. Apartment in great location very safe. 20 mins walk from most attractions or you can get the tram with multiple stops basically at your door step. Apartment is fantastic so spacious and lovely decorated. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Vienna!

Všetko prebehlo v poriadku. Bytový dom sa nachádza v peknom prostredí. Byt bol útulný, čistý, všetko zodpovedalo popisu. Cítili sme sa tu ako doma.

einfach Perfekt! Eveline hat an alles, bis ins kleinste Detail, gedacht. Alles was man für einen Urlaub mit Wohlfühleffekt und alltäglich benötigt war vorhanden. Gesamte Wohnung blitzsauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tolle Empfehlungen und Hilfen für den gesamten Aufenthalt in Wien und Umgebung waren bestens aufgeschrieben und sogar so, dass man sich keine Gedanken machen muss was man alles machen kann. Wir sind den Plänen gefolgt und konnten alles Wichtige und noch mehr entdecken. Ein erstes Frühstück wurde liebevoll angerichtet und hat auf uns mit einem Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet. Wien ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen und man kann das Auto mit dem Parkplatz und der gestellten Genehmigung durch Eveline beruhigt stehen lassen. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants in der Nähe. Eveline ist zurecht ein Superhost und würde ich jedem, ohne zu zögern empfehlen. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir diesen Ort erleben durften. Vielen Dank Liebe Eveline. Weiter so 😀

I've been using Airbnb for about 15 years on 3 continents, and I have to rate Simon's place as on of the top 2 that I've visited. The accommodation had it all - location, amenities and essentials (right from elevator to shower cap), and decor (professional). And, of course, although there were no issues during our stay, he was quick to communicate throughout the whole process. Bravo, Simon!

Byt je moderní, prostorný, slunný a v dobré lokalitě. Petra byla ve všem velmi vstřícná.

Děkujeme za příjemné prostorné ubytování. Wifi fungovala bez problémů. I přes vyšší venkovní teploty venku bylo vevnitř příjemných 21 stupňů. Ondřej a Niki

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Elisabeth. Gerade im Sommer ist diese Gegend Wiens mit Nähe zu diversesten Bademöglichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen!! In der Unterkunft war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Garten und die Hollywoodschaukel sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Fascinating flat with it's own spirit. Despite the fact that it located on ground floor, the place is very quiet (very good sound isolation). There is very beautiful park above the street. Overall, very recommended)

Excellent stay, the apartment was exactly as described, and even better. Super clean, had everything you can think of, including stuff for our little kid. Location in walkable distance from the historical city centre, in a wonderful, peaceful neighbourhood. It can be a bit tricky to find parking nearby late in the evening, but that's normal, I guess. All in all, this is the closest you can get to the hypothetical perfect stay.

We unfortunately stayed only for one night but we wish we could've stayed for longer. The house is cosy, had everything you might need even for a longer stay, but what made this experience perfect for us and our dog is the garden we could use and park our car. The host even brought a ladder so we can pick tasty cherries from the garden. We will definitely be back and stay for longer. Treat yourself with this stay while in Brno, you will not regret it.
