Holiday rentals with breakfast in Moray Firth

The house is lovely, well located and close to the center, restaurants and all. There's a parking space in the garden, which is great. Immediately you feel at home, feeling all the care and thought that is given to welcoming the guests. Clear instructions, and breakfast stuff like milk, bread, jam and butter. The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and facilities. The bathroom is very comfortable to use with top and had showers. In summary we loved the place.

We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place as a group of 13, the house was spotless and in the perfect location to explore Drum and the surrounding areas. We especially loved the large function space and lovely outdoor seating area, we were blessed with amazing weather so we got to make the most of it! Nikki is a fantastic host and has been very quick to respond and answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return at some point soon!

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful peaceful location, had everything you need for a great break plus they supply great information on local amenities - especially loved the history of the place. We were made to feel very welcome, would definitely go back. Highly recommend.

We love staying in Airbnbs with a bit of interest / history so the Presbytery was right up our alley. Andrea was very accommodating and the space had everything we needed as a family of three. Right in the heart of Foress, and close to other towns of interest like Elgin, Brodie, etc.

Our stay in Anne's house was perfect from every point of view. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comforts. Anne was a fantastic host, she provided us a lot of information about the facilities around the house, the rules of the apartment and the check-in and check-out. I fully recommended staying at Anne's house.

This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

Everything was 10/10. From the complimentary food and snacks to the location of the cabin on the river side, it was a 5 star luxury stay. I’ll be recommending to everyone I know.

A very small but comfortable house. It was extremely well thought out and presented in a very quirky way. It was perfect for our overnight stop and we would use it again. Facilities for our dog were good too with a welcome bowl of clean water at the front door and a completely enclosed and secure, (although small) garden.

The Drumossie Bothy sounds like a very small basic Air B&B. It is not. It is a spacious very well equipped extension to the House that Helen lives in. A large kitchen area, a good sized shower room and toilet and a large living and sleeping area plus a room with a washer and dryer. Outside is a private patio with open outlook and a log burner fired hot tub. There is also a picnic table for outdoor eating. We could not find anything that let Drumossie Bothy down apart from the mattress in the bed which we found too soft for our liking but which may well suit others. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and met Helen and her husband who were good fun and great to talk to even providing a clutch of duck eggs for our consumption. When we arrived the Bothy was equipped with everything we needed for our first breakfast and some of it lasted for four days. The location of the Bothy provides you with a panoramic view over the fields to the Moray coast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Margaret’s place. It was just right for the two of us, very cosy.

Gosia was a great host! She was always responsive if we had questions or ran into problems. The apartment itself was perfect for a couple night stay in Inverness. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, but walkable stay to the City center.

Our group of five loved this penthouse apartment. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and all three bathrooms were spotless and had big fluffy towels. The large living / dining area has lots of windows. The well-equipped modern kitchen was appreciated by our group. Some of us walked up the hill from downtown each evening, while others preferred the taxi. We would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

We loved this flat! It was easy to unload in front of the building before driving over to the car park. Once inside, it is a beautifully appointed. We appreciated the breakfast food, washer/dryer, and the face wipes provided. We were very comfortable and enjoyed walking to dinner and drinks. I highly recommend this home!

Wow, just wow! Magnificent stay. Easy walk into the city center. Great kitchen. The fireplace was a nice add, made it cozy on a rainy cold day. Parking was a little touch and go, but that’s on street parking for you, nothing Pauline could do, the parking pass helped! This one will go on our saved list, if we are ever in Inverness again.

We had the most delightful stay. Our host was incredibly generous with her time, offering thoughtful recommendations and scenic drives that made our visit even more special. The room was exactly as described, and breakfast was relaxed and comfortable. A big thank you for the hospitality!

Amazing bnb - Anne and Brian are so welcoming and friendly. The space is very comfortable and breakfast was excellent! Brian very kindly drove us to dinner as it was raining and we had been on our bikes all day. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful gardens, amazingly designed modern home, beautiful setting overlooking fields with sheep. Grant and Eleanor were kind and helpful hosts. Short walk to Culloden Battlefield (and Cumberland Stone...LOL) on beautiful paved walk(once you get to the end of their longer gravel drive/laneway).

Lovely little spot — and a solid breakfast to start your day of adventure! We were in a room with four beds — fairly tight space, but convenient. Harry was a very warm host and the location was perfect for our trip from Edinburgh to Inverness.
