Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moray Firth

The view from the place is absolutely beautiful! We just followed the host’s instructions and had no trouble finding the location. Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Mackenzie House as part of a Hen weekend. The house was amazing and exactly what we needed! The surrounding area was gorgeous and we all loved being surrounded by the deer and other wildlife!

The house is lovely, well located and close to the center, restaurants and all. There's a parking space in the garden, which is great. Immediately you feel at home, feeling all the care and thought that is given to welcoming the guests. Clear instructions, and breakfast stuff like milk, bread, jam and butter. The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and facilities. The bathroom is very comfortable to use with top and had showers. In summary we loved the place.

We travelled as a family and had a great time at Michele's home. It was thoughtfully stocked up and she provided detailed instructions for the check in check out. She was responsive when we had questions. Her place is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. Highly recommended!

This property has everything you could ever want in a break away with family and friends. Quiet and secluded while still be closer enough to Drum for a night out or supplies. The house was really well done with a homely feel that set you at ease straightaway. Being able to relax by the river and having a huge garden to relax in were the highlight for me. But the best part of this trip was Kay herself. Full of local recommendations and very responsive, we never struggled for things to do. Also her little touches were fantastic. The best host I've ever had while staying in Airbnb's!! Would stay with her again in a heartbeat

Sheila’s place is beautiful, clean and very close to all amenities. Sheila was very helpful and took time to show us the house etc. Sheila is always responsive. The house is nice and the decor was amazing. We cannot thank enough to Sheila for making our stay lovely and comfortable.

A wonderful little house that allowed us to relax after our explorations of Elgin and the surrounding area. We would have liked to stay longer! I highly recommend it!

This was a great spot along the river to unwind after leaving the big city. Amanda’s place felt cozy and welcoming and had every amenity we needed, and more. One of the best stays we’ve had using Airbnb. Her instructions were very thorough and clear so I never needed to ask any questions. Excellent water pressure, comfortable beds, clean kitchen, and great view! Our stay was short but know if we come back this way, we’d book here again.

We stayed in Inverness for 4 nights and immediately felt at home in Sebastian's apartment. The location is unbeatable. The flat was very well equipped and had everything we needed. As we had a hire car, the resident's parking permit was very helpful and we always found a parking space. We would come back at any time.

Much quieter than listing suggests. Don’t be put off by warning of noise, worst it gets is people walking above and washing machine. Lovely place, clean, tranquil with plenty of storage and well equipped

Our stay at Karen's place was wonderful for our time in Inverness! It was the cutest apartment, clean, and comfortable. Having the washer/dryer was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this stay. Karen was fantastic!

We had a good 8 nights stay in June. The apartment was very clean indeed and had everything you could need in all respects. There were coffee and milk pods supplied to get us started! It was nice to have some chairs and a table in the garden to snatch some sunshine when it happened. We could always find a parking space very close to the front door. We found the beds comfortable enough plus the large bathroom and entrance area with hooks & room for outdoor shoes were a boon. The town centre is a flat 20 minute walk or a bit longer via the nearby River Ness.

Better than a 5 star hotel.! A lovingly created space curated by someone with an eye for beautiful things. Lots of lovely extras which were greatly appreciated. Lovely walk through the wood into town and to the beach. Dornoch is a bijou town with gorgeous shops ,eateries and cathedral . Don is a great host and I enjoyed our conversations . Couldn’t be more perfect.

Angela’s apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Located with a view of the River Ness about 1km from the centre of Inverness it is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. Angela and her team communicated well prior, during and after the time at the apartment and were very helpful.

A perfect choice - comfortable, spotless and stylish; dog friendly and in a quiet location but just minutes from the village centre. A short drive away are the starting points for amazing hillwalking routes, forest trails and water sports. King size bed with an excellent mattress ensures a good nights sleep with birds outside singing as you wake up!

A cozy place to stay in Inverness, everything close by. I recommand!

We had a lovely time exporting Inverness and the surrounding Whisky Trails whilst staying at Caroline’s. The flat has all the comforts of home was extra impressed with the breakfast eggs toast and cereals that were supplied. After nearly 8 weeks touring the UK this is the first place we’ve stayed that really embarrassed the B for breakfast in AIRBNB. Thanks so much Caroline we really appreciate your extra effort

In all the rentals we’ve stayed in, Catherine’s is one of the best. The attention to detail she has put in, really shows. Everything you need is thought of and provided, plus the little extras. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the views from the garden can’t be beat! Perfectly located for exploring. Without hesitation would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Inverness.

Loved the studio flat, found it very clean and it provided everything I needed for my stay. I also felt the location was perfect, right beside the beachfront. I ate at the Crofters to, food was really good and staff very helpful.

Innes is a fantastic host and this location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Inverness. Fantastic restaurants and shopping, live music and beautiful sights, all within a very easy and scenic walk. We didnt move the car for our entire stay! The flat itself was immaculately clean and restful, tucked back in its little courtyard. We highly recommend Innes' place for anyone planning a visit here.
