HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

Face à la mer, adorable maison de 70 m2. Idéale pour un séjour en couple (ou 4 pers grâce à la banquette-lit) Face à la mer et à 200 mètres des commerces, la maison est idéalement située. Profitez du jardin ou découvrez le charme du Golfe du Morbihan, ses plages, îles, sentiers côtiers ainsi que les villes de Vannes, Auray, … Et si le temps est frais, profitez du poêle dans la soirée. Je serai ravie de vous accueillir, vous présenter les lieux et partager quelques bonnes adresses locales.

The pond cottage

Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

Located in the village of Sainte Avoye, on the banks of the Sal, arm of the Gulf of Morbihan, and whose chapel is classified as a historical monument, this old renovated barn offers you a quiet stay between sea and countryside, 300 m from the coastal trails. The south-facing accommodation is composed of a living room including living room, lounge, kitchen; as well as a large bedroom upstairs with 1 bed in 180*200 that can be split in 2. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). La Cachette Perdue, 300 meters from the beach, the port, this small atypical T1 bis, has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in the shower, 2x spa bath (which replaces the Nordic bath in photo 1), 5.1 home theater in the room. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. They are lent free of charge. ⚠️ accommodation not recommended for people over 60 years old and for babies.
