Holiday rentals with a patio in Morecambe Bay

Perfect location for our long weekend away in the Lakes. Ann was a lovely host and check-in was easy. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Thank you!

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Naz was extremely helpful, and the place was spotless on arrival with some welcome treats. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family :)

We had a lovely few days and the apartment was lovely and thank you for the welcome pack as well. Deffo come back.Could do a mirror in the bedroom and the mattress was al little uncomfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Primrose and appreciated that it had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing experience. The apartment looked just as shown in the pictures and is situated in a wonderful location. We would gladly recommend it and are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay here and Michelle is a fantastic host. She is quick to respond, friendly and very flexible. The place had everything you needed including a lovely shower, comfortable beds and a secluded outdoor space filled with trees and birdsong! Just around the corner you can access the canal for wonderful walks. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place and will definitely be returning!

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. David’s place was spot on for our needs. Really thoughtfully equipped kitchen, with lovely extra touches such as milk in the fridge & a coffee pod machine. We had a minor issue with the bathroom which David was super-quick to resolve for us. We found the entry system on the front door (with a code) a little tricky to navigate, but that’s probably just user error (I’m middle aged & not very techy!) Managed to get some great nights’ sleep as the mattress was the right firmness for me. Would thoroughly recommend

Comfortable and quiet accommodation and located close to town centre, with private off road parking. It suited us very well. John and Stacey are excellent hosts and responded promptly to messages. Recommended, and we hope to return.

This was a beautiful cottage with everything you could need and more😊 Location was good just a 10 min walk into town Mason pub was really nice food and staff were great 😊 Would definitely return was a lovely stay 🥰

Fab place to stay with a lovely homely feel....sadly we were not there for long as we had to leave very early for our daughter to do a skydive!

This was our first visit to Alison’s cottage and certainly won’t be our last. It’s a lovely cosy place for 2 people in the heart of Bowness, just off the Main Street which helps the property to feel private and quiet. It was spotless and It had all the amenities as described with the kitchen having everything you need for a break away from home. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. There’s also an added bonus of a downstairs loo. The property was easy to find and the allocated car park space, which was very close to the cottage, was very valuable in a town with limited parking. Alison’s communication was excellent and she even catered to our dietary needs with some lovely treats. I would highly recommend a break at this cottage if you are staying in the area.

This a beautiful AirB&B. Fantastic location. Lovely furnishings. Will definitely be booking again. My friends and I had a lovely stay, so comfortable and cosy, we wished we'd been staying longer. Briefly met the owner, very friendly and welcoming. It's a little gem.

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

I had a brief stay while in town for a wedding, but it was a pleasant one. The accommodation was spotless, conveniently located, and made getting around effortless. It’s just a short walk from the main street, the train station, and several great restaurants, which made everything incredibly accessible. Perfect for a short visit or weekend getaway.

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

The property was a home from home. It was absolutely beautiful with an amazing garden and view. The property had everything we needed. The hosts communication was clear and proactive leaving no uncertainty about what to expect. The surrounding area is beautiful and the property itself very peaceful. Would definately stay again.

Really lovely wee place - gives a really clean vibe as soon as you walk in. Everything you need is there, but it's not at all cluttered for the space there is. Garden was great for the dogs! Only stayed 1 night as passing through on our way further South, but would definitely stay again if making a similar journey. Thanks for a lovely, clean place to stay!
