Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. Thank you.

Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

You know that the place is worth all praises when a family of 6 from three different generations loved it equally for different reasons - Be it the thoughtful furnishing, great location or comfortable and practical amenities, we all had a great time and world surely suggest everyone to give it a try !!! Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Very Good Place to stay and spend leisure time

so I have stayed at a lot of places in Goa I have been visiting Goa for the past 11 years and this by far is the best place that I have ever stayed in. I would love to actually buy this property but I can't because it is Stephanie, it's a really comfortable place, you will feel like staying more at home rather than going out for the parties and everything. Defo coming again;)

Great place. Barca themed and fabulously maintained. You get everything you need around. whether you are planning for peaceful vacation or a adventure filled one, you get best of both worlds here. The infinity pool is well maintained fantastic view. The jacuzzi in apartment is perfect relaxation much needed during vacation break. No second thought if you are looking to book.

Staying at Shridhar’s place was a truly wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully done and had a warm, homely vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable. The apartment was not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-located—close to all the popular spots in North Goa. The pool added a lovely touch to the whole experience. Shridhar was an excellent host—very responsive and always just a message away. I had a great time here and would love to stay again on my next visit to Goa. Highly recommended. Nishant's ocean themed, condo is charmingly decorated, The place is spacious and comfortable, well kept and clean and tidy. Nishant and his staff are super helpful. The society is well managed and the pool was clean and well maintained. The place is located , in a safe quite and peaceful area, also at walkable distance from the beach , and also all the hip and happening place easy to reach like ,Hilltop and Darling's Bar. Had a great time with my girl gang. Definitely coming here next time soon. Highly recommend!!!

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.
