The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

A short wander away is Fisherman's Beach (200m) and Mornington Main Street's (5 min) bustling shops, cafes, restaurants & lively bars. Blissful and breezy, this coastal property is perfect for romantic getaways, small family holidays and friends/hens/girls weekends. Wine, dine and play with everything the Peninsula has to offer at your doorstep like walking trails, wineries, golf courses, and beaches.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
