As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We are located opposite a bushy reserve, about 3.5km to Mount Martha beach and local shops. With a beautiful bright outlook onto the garden and pool, it provides a restful stay. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.
