Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Morocco

Apartment is as described. Location is walkable to medina, modern supermarkets, and to many other sites and restaurants. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.

Great apartment within walking distance from local shops and attractions

I loved the apartment, easy to get to, the staff is very friendly and attentive at all times, everything is very clean, I felt at home, it is also close to restaurants, super grateful for the treatment, I will not hesitate to return!!

This place is in the most idyllic location with restaurants and the beach close at hand. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. The host was excellent at communicating with clear instructions on arrival. She was very quick to sort out a glitch with the wifi and help with advice on restaurants and what to do in Agadir. Would definitely return for another stay.

excellent location with lots of restaurants and grocery store walking distance. Two bedrooms and the living room have ice cold AC. the bedding is of high quality with very comfortable pillows and mattresses. we liked the fact that it came with access to a parking garage next to the block so you won't have to look for street parking. would definitely recommend and book again.

stunning villa. big and nice. The cinema is a real plus with access to netflix and youtube. the location is very good - outside Marrakech and close by car. we were able to park our cars without any worries: 1 inside and the other on the parking driveway. the place is monitored. Jamel is very responsive and attentive. Rachida is a great cook too. great experience - which I would recommend and would do again.

This Villa exceeded our expectations , truly luxurious and so spacious. The Villa was in a good location with security, and it was easy enough for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The host was so helpful and quick to respond and check in on us during our stay. Khadija was our housekeeper and she was amazing. Me and my friends had the best stay here.

Absolutely lovely home. Much better than the photos. Very clean, the lady that was cleaning the house made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It was literally our home for the week. She was so kind and helpful and caring. Saeed the guy I was corresponding is very kind and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our queries. With a delayed flight, he found us emergency accommodation for an extra night without a question. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so kind and caring. Lovely people, lovely country! Hind was very friendly and welcoming. We got lost on our way from the bus stop and she came to pick us up with her car. She helped us with recommendations for eating since our visit was during Ramadan. Hind also brought us soup after sunset when they broke fast. Cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay in such an authentic place.

Simon was so wonderful and the check-in was so smooth Zahra was so special and amazing made us a lovely breakfast every morning. The whole communication was amazing. They even got us groceries that were there upon arrival. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this. Riyadh the air-conditioning worked great the rooms were wonderful and we had an amazing amazing time highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rouge over Easter in April 2025. A family of five plus my parents, we had plenty of space indoors and out. The two pools (one heated) were perfect for both warm and cooler days. The large, beautifully kept garden gave the kids lots of space to run around, play football—and even spot a few tortoises! The house is spacious and comfortable, with multiple areas to eat, play games, and relax, including a big projector for evening movies. Yassine was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Jamila, the housekeeper, was a superstar—she went above and beyond and even cooked meals for us as an optional extra. The owner also called from France to check in, which was a lovely touch. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Medina and 10 minutes from a large supermarket, so we'd consider a car essential. We’d happily recommend Villa Rouge to others, and hope to return. Thank you, Yassine and Jamila for a wonderful stay!

Very good communication with Cédric from the beginning, and any doubt or suggestion resolved it without any problem. The apartment is great , very comfortable and has everything we need. It also has super markets like the Carrefour and nearby shopping centers. Also close to sightseeing. I recommend it at 100x100.

Naima & Salim has a gorgeous house & and they are even better hosts. Special thanks to Salim for helping us with such a smooth checkin and then a perfect 4 night stay. Everything was impeccable and much more than what we expected. A big thank you to Salim again for helping us with arranging local cabs for travelling around and also local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying at Naima & Salim's place.

I’ve stayed at a different listing of Adnan’s in the past. Adnan is consistent as a good host. I had to book this trip pretty quickly and knew I could pick any of Adnan’s places for a comfortable stay.

Crazy location, next to everything, it was great. Very functional and pleasant accommodation. Only downside, the neighborhood is rather noisy so plan on earplugs in case of light sleep but otherwise everything went very well!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!
