Originally built in 1892 for offices, you can now enjoy the comforts of home in this fully furnished one bedroom, one bath 2nd floor residence. Along with original hard wood floors and woodwork, you will find one bedroom with queen size bed and open concept kitchen and living space with one queen size sofa sleeper. Included is off street parking and a private balcony. Located within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. It’s a 20 minute drive to Clinton, IA or Sterling/Rock Falls, IL.

The front living room shares an office workspace nook both enjoying large windows flowing in light from the north. A center bedroom with queen size bed is accessible from both living room and front hall, next to the all in one washer/dryer. The back half houses a kitchen with new appliances, dining room, bath and 2nd bedroom with full size bed!

Owners are next door. River and marina short block away within walking distance. Grocery store half a block away within walking distance. Downtown less than a mile. Galena about half hour. Iowa 5 min away and casino in Iowa 20-25 min. Palisades State Park 5 min away. This is a cozy cottage with use of deck and grill, and full amenities to cook in house if you like.
