I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.

In the guest suite, you will have your own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. You will also have free laundry access. Free on-site parking.

There is a living area with comfy chairs and ample desk space, plus a dining table and chairs for sharing simple meals. A central neighborhood where the MOSCONE center, Downtown, Civic Center BART, Breweries, Coffee Roasters, Nightclubs & delicious Restaurants are all just 5 - 15 mins walking distance, making it the perfect place for either buisness or adventure travelers! The house was recently remodeled and it has plenty of natural light. This is a calm and quiet place where you can rest, relax and enjoy my daily aromatherapy :D
