Cabin holiday rentals in Moss Vale

It was a beautiful & peaceful place to stay the host was very friendly & showed us the way to our cabin & asked if we needed anything/how’s it going when we saw him about there was only internet near the office but having no service provided us with a much needed getaway & break from everything the cabin was very private with stairs leading up to it & was an older cabin but in wonderful condition it looked just like the photos & the bed was so soft aswell as the pillows all we could hear in the morning was birds which was lovely. At this resort the river is in walking distance & camping was available which had toliet amenities the drive down had ruts from water running down the gorge so I would advise a higher/bigger car if you only have a small/low car try to take it easy we also saw a big goanna on the way up which was cool to see would stay again thank you so much for the wonderful stay

What a fantastic location. It was a very nicely fitted and comfortable accommodation. Very clean and the host was very responsive.

Great location, way to get there can be difficult if you don’t have 4 wheelers

It was a bit too far remote for a one night visit but for an extended stay for people who want to get away from it all and back to nature, it would be perfect. Katina and Manuel were lovely hosts who couldn’t do enough for us.

The cabin was really nice and the views were amazing. It was fun to watch the goats and the honey was pretty tasty. Yvonne was a great host, giving us some background of the place and the history of her farm. Would recommend for anyone with an interest in a relaxing stay, or for children interested in farms and animals.

Affordable family accommodation, at a reasonable distance from the beaches. Not snazzy and the main bedroom was smallish but it met our needs perfectly. Communication from Rhiannon was great.

WOW! This place was beautiful. If you are after tranquility and isolation this is the perfect place. The view is just breathtaking, the space is inviting and as a bonus we enjoyed visits from wombats, a wallaby, possums and a number of birds. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t leave once, although we had planned to duck out to Berry for a lunch, we didn’t want to leave. Well worth the trip!

This is a perfect country get away for a family. We absolutely loved it and the fact we could bring our dog. We enjoyed long walks and saw wombats on the property, during the evening it was fantastic to sit around the fire place.

5 Stars – We absolutely loved our stay at Billabong Cottage in beautiful Kangaroo Valley! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage is incredibly cosy, with a super comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel extra special. Victoria, our host, was warm, welcoming and very helpful—nothing was too much trouble. The surrounding bushland was teeming with wildlife, which made for a magical, uniquely Aussie experience. Despite feeling a world away, it was still really easy to get around and explore the local area. Peaceful, charming, and immaculately presented—Billabong Cottage is a little slice of heaven in Kangaroo Valley. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and can’t wait to return!

Incredible! We had such an amazing time at this beautiful place! The view was so breathtaking and there were lots of fun activities to do. The cabin was clean, comfortable and the bed so comfortable. Didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend to anyone!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Little Mountain Stables. We have three small dogs between us and they loved being able to chase each other around in the yard - it was reassuring that there were no gaps in the fencing for them to squeeze through. The inclusions for us and the dogs were very thoughtful and there were some beautiful walks in the area!

Stay was fantastic. Great panoramic views. So close to water, food, playground. I also left some belongings behind & Vickie was extremely proactive & helpful in sending them back for me. Could not recommend highly enough. Great all round stay & experience!

Bridget's place was the perfect weekend country escape! We loved sitting on the deck looking out over the rolling hills - what a luxury! Great communication and assistance throughout our stay and the homemade bread and local cheeses were such a treat! Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful wooden cabin. So lovely to wake up with the light coming through the trees, hearing the birds, feeling the peace and quiet. Our girls particularly loved the hammock and toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The beds were really comfortable and sheets crispy clean. Yum! Whitney was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

My whole stay was great. Mother and his wife were super friendly and they gave me recommendations on what to do. The places has everything you need for a weekend getaway, it was super clean and the surroundings are beautiful.

Loved our stay! Cute, cosy cabin right by the beach and it was all we needed for our stay. Mel made sure it was super warm with a heater and extra blankets which was perfect for our winter stay. Would stay again, great value for money!

Absolutely stunning! Even more beautiful than the photos - the veranda view is gorgeous. Really cosy interiors, beautiful bathrooms and the whole property smells amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Shedio was an amazing place to stay at. It was very clean and quiet and the views were simply stunning. We were allowed to check in early as well which made it very convenient for us. Highly recommend Rowena’s place and will definitely stay at again!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing few days at the cabin and were greeted with an echidna, kangaroos and wombat within hours of arriving. The cabin was just what we needed to be self sufficient and very clean and comfortable. Waking up to such a peaceful, serene natural environment was magical and the tennis court just a stones throw away was so fun and well used. The restaurant in the golf course was excellent and walking home under the stars through the course felt so special. One thing to note is the cabin has other cabins on either side just a few metres away so it’s not exactly secluded but it was still a very quiet and tranquil place and this may work out well for families looking to travel with friends.
