Mais aussi à : - 1 h 05 de la La Vallée des Singes - 1 h 20 des premières plages de la côte atlantique - 1 h 30 du Zoo de la Palmyre, du Futuroscope ou de Bordeaux - 1 h 40 de l'aquarium de la Rochelle ou du marais poitevin Nous habitons sur place dans la maison mitoyenne au Cosy.

This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
