Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Amazing house to stay while in Auckland, our group had an incredible time and felt very special staying in such a beautiful house!

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

A beautiful, spacious home with a fabulous pool. Extremely close to the local Park Run which was very handy.

This Ponsonby villa was the perfect base for my Auckland trip. Spacious, stylish, and full of charm, it had everything I needed, an upgraded kitchen, plenty of fridge space, great espresso machine, and a beautiful courtyard with pool, loungers, and outdoor fireplace. The rainfall shower might be the star of the house, it was a luxury experience. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and the open-plan layout made it feel airy and relaxing. Just a short walk (about 2,000 steps) to Ponsonby Road, with amazing coffee and breakfast at Dizengoff. Amy was a responsive and thoughtful host, she quickly fixed a door lock issue, which made me feel safe and well cared for. The house blends old character with modern upgrades, which fits the Ponsonby vibe perfectly. Even the recycling system (with 5 bins!) was easy to adapt to. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auckland!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Beautiful family home, which accommodated all my families needs! - Homely feel as soon as you walk in - Single level for my elderly parents - Fully fenced for my fur baby - A spacious 3 Bedroom place giving us a load of space to do our own thing. - Super central! Easy access to all motorways so we could get around Auckland. Will definitely stay again if we ever stay in Auckland again! Thank you Nicole!!

we had a very comfortable stay, and Koey was extremely responsive to all our queries. the house had a wonderful energy and it was so full of natural light, with all the amenities provided. we had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. We needed somewhere for children and it was great. Close to shops, including a quick walk to the mall if you need anything. Charlotte was very quick to respond and even got a new iron as we had a wedding to go to. Really amazing space and value for $$

We found having the park so close to walk our dog Jess helpful over our busy weekend in Auckland. She got some good doggy play time in, a break from sitting in the car on the way to social events.

Ebba & Pablo were such a delight to work with in securing a "home-away-from-home" for the nearly five weeks I stayed in Auckland! Besides offering a clean, nicely furnished home, Ebba's communication from the moment I booked until the day I left was absolutely outstanding. She met us when we arrived to show us around the house and explain how things worked (e.g. the television setup, the heat/cooling, etc.), left a detailed document of things to do, neighborhood places to eat/have coffee, and suggestions for get-aways. Throughout my time there, she'd consistently check-in to inquire whether all was going well, or if the grass might be needing a mow, but was never ever intrusive. Although I've had many experiences with short term rentals via Airbnb, this was my first longer term experience, and I feel I hit the jackpot. This is now the bar to which others will be held to in the future, although I hope this will be available for another long-term stay in the future!

Sue was a very responsive host. Always quick to answer and friendly. The house is beautiful with a nice private balcony with a view directly of the sky tower. It's very close to the train station so you can easily get to the city centre but there's also some local eateries and bars nearby as well if you don't feel like going far. Absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be keeping it in mind for future trips to Auckland.

Perfect place for the weekend. Had everything we needed including up and downstairs heating. Lovely and clean. Nice neighborhood, close to the highway, local shops and food spots with the added bonus of a little rural view out the back. Would definitely recommend ✨️

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. This little house met our needs perfectly. It had all we needed to make meals and was in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were firmer than we're used to though. Plus the sofa was pretty hard if you planned on sleeping someone there, though a child would fit okay. We were very happy there otherwise. Recommended.

A great stay with Ruby, lovely and accomodating she welcomed us in the dark rain and helped us inside. She was a lovely lady and made us feel right at home.
