Holiday rentals with a patio in Mount Baw Baw

The place is neat and clean, closer to market and mall , bus stop is just infront of the unit. Joanne has been really helpful and responsive during the stay

Very nice unit in a big housing complex, though very quiet and private. I have been in the same building before, privacy is different from unit to unit. Been very clean and well equipped. Sharon and Ian have been super responsive and were very kind! I can only recommend them!

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

A wonderful host, a beautiful place. Great location right next to a supermarket and a great base for Yarra Valley. Clean and comfortable for a cold winter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. Perfect Location & Impeccable Stay! The apartment boasts an unbeatable location with a major shopping mall directly downstairs, offering ultimate convenience for daily needs. The room was exceptionally clean, organized, and hands down the **most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve experienced**—they’ve thought of every detail! My stay was utterly comfortable, and I’ll 100% book here again when visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend!

I had booked this beautiful home for our wedding weekend. Shelly was super responsive and allowed us to check in early which was so appreciative. We also had our little dog with us (he was our ring bearer for the wedding) Shelly made it clear that the house wasn’t fully gated and I appreciated this. The place itself is gorgeous, beautiful clean rooms and decor and the greenery was so idyllic. I can’t wait to see my pre wedding photos that we took there as I think they’ll turn out beautiful! Thanks again Shelly, you were so responsive with my questions and so accommodating to our needs.

Andrew and Annemarie's house is wonderful. The house is spotless, has great linen, and ample comfy sofas and space for our two families with young kids. Very large and comfy beds in the main bedrooms and solid bunks in the kids room (plus lots of toys!) The house comes with excellent instructions, fully stocked with all the things that make life so much easier - soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, oil, wood for the fire, etc. Located on the edge of the utterly charming Marysville, it suited our needs perfectly. We walked into town both days and visited the cute local shops, cafes, pub. There are kid-friendly bushwalks close-by and for mountain bike riders obviously Lake Mountain is fantastic - just a quick 20min drive up the hill. We'd love to return for more adventures and cosy nights by the fire. Andrew and Annemarie are very kind, responsive and helpful hosts- thank you Andrew and Annemarie!

Great weekend at Rhyll. Spending time with friends and exploring Phillip Island.

The house is very comfortable. It has everything you need to have a good time. Communication was always very good!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, very private. We had fun playing pickleball and table tennis. Hot tub was amazing. Dean was so easy to deal with, check in was so smooth. Highly recommend this place. The photos do not do it justice, much more beautiful in person

We had our wedding in warburton and it was such a pleasure staying in the tree tops with the visiting birds. The space accommodated us perfectly and Lizzie was a wonderfully responsive host. Would recommend. Thank you for having us ☺️

Thank you for having us at your beautiful house in such a beautiful location. The coffee machine and wood heater were my favourite. Bring Ugg boots and firewood if you’re coming in winter.

I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.
