Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mount Eliza

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

This was late minute booking so happy to have found a very comfortable place to stay really felt like home the unit had everything I needed for my stay didn’t have to buy anything the best of all was the bed so comfortable my husband wanted to take it home lol if your looking for a place to stay this would be one of the best Jess even give me a late check out which was really nice of her

Perfect little studio in the heart of St Kilda- but on a nice quiet residential street so a good night sleep is guaranteed! There’s even a quaint little balcony where you can see the ocean and city. We were blessed with perfect weather for our Melbourne weekend and loved the convenience to be able to walk to everything in St Kilda or hop an easy tram to the city: definitely recommend !

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Convenient for shopping. Easy walk to the beach and train. Very peaceful locality. Great place for touring the Peninsula. Annie made you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

What an incredible home. The external view from the house was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

Paul’s place in Mount Martha was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the kindest hospitality. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely warm. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the charm of the house, made it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was Paul’s incredible attention to detail and generosity. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful beachside home. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great location, walk to shops and beach. Very friendly area. Heaps of restaurants and pubs. Toasty warm house. Good caffitaly coffee machine and frother.

Scenic view from the apartment on the seafront. Comfortable well equipped and within 10 minute walk of a grocer and train station.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Wonderful home way from home. The interior and design of the rooms are fantastic. Kristina is lovely and makes you feel very welcome as she is well informed about the area, sharing great suggestions on what to see and do. Very well equiped kitchen (blender, storage cans, herbs, oil for baking) and bathroom (perfect rain shower, lovely showergel, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent) Rooms can be made dark for good sleep. Location is very nice with a yoga studio in the same street and a beautiful area for jogging. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation! Bill was nice to show us the facilities & food options in the vicinity. Apartment is conveniently located with nearby train station, shopping mall with supermarkets & restaurants. Apartment is clean & comfortable 🙂

Incredibly easy to find and check in. Samuel was very responsive and everything was very clean when we arrived. The flat is a nice place to enjoy the local area and close to the train station to see the rest of Melbourne. Highly recommend!

The place is clean and felt just like home! Kih is a really friendly host! It's just above the M-City mall so you can get whatever you need easily.

Does what it says on the box, a plain but pleasant and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with some nice restaurants and public transport a 5 minute walk away - would definitely stay again
