Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mount Lawley

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We had a pleasant stay. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. The guest book was a great touch—full of helpful and important information that made everything easier. Our host, Jessica was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We’d definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

The house is well presented and extremely spacious, with ducted air conditioning to make you feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, with an excellent oven and stove. It's a short 5 mins drive to a decent Woolies on Buwler St, plus plenty of great cafes and bakeries on Beaufort St. Shae was a very responsive and thoughtful host, putting in the extra effort to make sure our stay went smoothly. The location is both a pro and a con. On the plus side, Hyde Park is literally on the opposite side of the road, with a playground suitable for younger children and a water playground (albeit only open between Nov-Mar, and so closed when we stayed). However, during our stay there was fairly constant traffic noise in the evening and some noise from the park over the Easter weekend. But as long as that doesn't bother you, you'll be very happy staying here.

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

Such a lovely Airbnb, with really comfy beds and loads of natural light coming in to all rooms and fresh air flowing through. The balcony was a beautiful place to enjoy our morning coffees with a pretty tree lined view. Having the 2nd toilet in the airbnb is great for a family too. Such a central place to stay, so close to the city and we walked to Kings Park from there, which only took us 15 minutes. Thank you to Kasia for a great place to stay while we visited Perth, your hospitality was exceptional and your response to any of our queries was so fast and very much appreciated. It was an amazing stay for the first leg of our trip in Perth, nearby to the city and plenty of attractions. Definitely loved the location. The house itself was cosy, and had everything we needed. Thank you Rami, for being such a friendly and helpful host!

Beautiful Apartment with easy acess to the CBD and Elizabeth Quay. The apartment was easy to locate and had good amenities! Will stay here again when we're back! Thank you Lyda and team :)

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
