Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mount Maunganui

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Graeme's home was perfect for our extended family group. Lots of bed options, great indoor and outdoor living spaces, plus the pool and the spa meant everyone had a wonderful time. Graeme is very friendly and hospitable. and the house is really well equipped.

Wow what a place to relax for our ladies weekend. Awesome views, plenty of space inside and out and the bonus of a hot tub with a view. Perfect place to get away from the city and unwind. Sue was so helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely stay at Lexie's caravan at Waihi Beach. First time semi camping with my two young children and it had all of the basic amenities we needed for a great time. Very private with the orientation of the deck overlooking the campsite. Fantastic and easy communication. Loved the later checkout. Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay here & would love to come again. It was the perfect getaway spot, not too far off from the main road but far enough to have privacy. The view was absolutely gorgeous, the cabin was super clean & tidy. All necessities were complete & the bed was also very comfy. Corrie was also very responsive and thoughtful. This place is the perfect getaway trip for couples trying to enjoy peace, privacy, and a stunning view!

We are unsure where to start! The cottage exceeded our expectations and we were honestly so happy with our stay. The sauna, outdoor bath, indoor spa bath, the tranquillity, the cottage amenities, all of it. It allowed us to "Disconnect to reconnect" with each other. We cannot thank Denver and Diane enough for the beautiful spot they have made available for us "townies"
