We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pico de Loro! The unit was clean, cozy, and very well-maintained — exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect too — close to the beach, pools, and other amenities within the resort. We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit! Highly recommended!

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

We had a fantastic stay at Miranda A - 304! The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location within Pico de Loro was great—close to the Country Club and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet weekend or a family vacation, this unit is a great choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!

William's place truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, Kuya Robert's warm welcome and exceptional hospitality made us feel right at ease. He was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to both the Country Club and Pico Sands Hotel. We really appreciated how convenient it was to reach these destinations. Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

We had a great stay, we had some hiccups on check-in and check-out but the Resort overall features make up for it.

My family enjoyed the trip and they are satisfied with the house. It’s super relaxing, it felt like home and it’s so much worth it. The Host is very considerate, kind and has a pleasing personality. I hope we can visit again. Highly recommended place! Thank you so much Mrs. Eva

Just the internet is quite slow and some channels on their cignal satellite tv aint working.

One of the best units at Pico de Loro that i stayed in. Host was very responsive and polite. The unit is spic and span and everything that we need is right there inside the unit. Definitely, worth the stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Pico de Loro was relaxing and amazing! Superb location and beautiful views of lagoon and mountains. The rooms are clean and kitchen is pristine. The host and caretaker are responsive to our needs. We had a great time and will surely be back.

The place is great overall but there are some things out of the host's control like the noisy neighbors on the upper floors can change the experience a bit. From beddings to utensils, everything is prepared and complete. Some little things could would be better fixed like the showerhead holder and the shower room glassdoors, but very minimal issues

Hosts (Louie and Noel) were both quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was very clean and spacious enough for our family. We are definitely booking Louie's place on our next visit to Pico De Loro.

This is the 2nd time we've booked Sir Josh's place. Definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended if you want a private-ish beach trip near the metro. Spacious for large groups. Great place and accommodating host. Thanks!

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. They also provide towels , toilet paper, and shampoo and hand / body wash. Thanks, Babeth and onsite caretaker Gelo

Loved the balcony, fantastic view of the whole place. Dined out there, every chance we get, in the balcony, on the quaint and very sturdy dining table and benches. Hands down my favourite part of the unit.

Stayed with family. Great unit layout and location Complete utensils and appliances for the kitchen. Airconditioning is good. Internet is good.

The room is so nice and clean. They really did prepare the unit to be so clean for the next guests. The view from the balcony is also so nice! The beds are so comfy to sleep in .. the kitchen is complete with the utensils and cookwares too! Had a little problem with the internet connection, the net is so slow.. i think thats on the PLDT side. Had a little problem as well on the parking, there’s no parking for senior citizens, its first come first serve basis. Other than that, everything is nice.

It was an outing with my friends and they liked the place. The place is clean and spacious when we arrived and can accomodate 15pax including the kids. Pros: -Clean bathroom -Good water supply on kitchen and bathroom -All aircons are functioning well -Beautiful furnitures at dining and living room minor cons: -Guest should bring their own chopping board if you will cook and additional knife (no chopping board at the kitchen and they only have one knife) Thank you Ms. Au for being responsive to all my inquiries and Sir Arman is nice and accomodating.
