Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mount Roskill

Ben was an excellent host, helping to accommodate an early check in for our stay. The unit was fantastic, rooms were spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and despite being close to the highway/train line, you can’t hear a thing! We’d highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Auckland.

I was in NZ catching up with friends and needed to stay on Auckland twice. The first time was here, and I was so impressed with the house, the size (easily fits four people), its location and responsive host, it was a no brainer in booking it again for my second stay. Absolute value for money, near the train station for trips into town and some nice little eateries close by, it's a great base for exploring Auckland. Quiet and peaceful, with a sea view from the top bedroom, I absolutely loved everything about it. Both times the place was spotless - the bathrooms are fabulous! It will defo be my preferred Auckland stay next time I'm over, I couldn't recommened it enough!

Great place, location & size! They are really friendly and respond quickly. The place itself is nice, clean area in mt Albert and it’s just up the road from the supermarket. Overall such a good place for convenience & quiet.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was so clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Andrey and his wife were lovely hosts and very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. We absolutely loved our stay at Jonny's place! The location is perfect, with a short path leading directly to the beach and nearby shops. The space was very clean and cozy. All the thoughtful little touches Jonny provided made it feel like a home away from home. It was definitely worth the money, and we will certainly be booking again when we return to Auckland!

This little house met our needs perfectly. It had all we needed to make meals and was in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were firmer than we're used to though. Plus the sofa was pretty hard if you planned on sleeping someone there, though a child would fit okay. We were very happy there otherwise. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed and cozy home! The two-storey layout was perfect for our group — with bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs, everyone had their own space without disturbing each other. It’s a very comfortable and well-thought-out place for friends traveling together. The host was incredibly approachable and responsive, with clear and timely communication throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The hosts were very kind and always willing to help with any questions or issues. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s definitely a place we’d love to stay again, and we’d gladly recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazing place to stay if you need to be close to Mt Eden. Quick drive to mercy hospital and close to new market. The place is small and compact. We found it quiet and comfortable

We truly love Cannelle’s place — we initially thought it was just another apartment, but upon checking in, you can’t help but notice how the space and amenities were thoughtfully set up and prepared. It was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean, super spacious for 2 and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable that we had a really restful sleep. And the living room space was perfect for lounging and chilling! The listing is conveniently located — a short drive from CBD and it is super private as well. There’s really nothing to complain about and is easily one of our favorite listings. Cannelle was also welcoming and a friendly communicator. Would recommend that if you are driving, do consider parking briefly at an adjacent street to first do the check in so that you can get the parking remote to enter the private carpark. Really love this listing and definitely will return when we visit Auckland again!

Had a lovely stay; spacious rooms, nice living area, and fully functional kitchen. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to the Aotea Centre. About 30 minute walk to get down to the wharf. Highly recommend Coco’s Cantina around the corner; and loved that there was a washer and dryer, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Robert was very quick to respond to any messages, and very friendly to communicate with. He was very accommodating in helping me change my dates a couple of months before my trip. Overall lovely stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Amanda and her husband’s place in Auckland. The location was ideal, just a short walk to my course venue with easy transport and a great café downstairs for early starts. The apartment felt like home, spacious with beautiful views, and stayed warm and cozy. I loved the kitchen for prepping meals and the huge TV was perfect for relaxing at night. Amanda thought of everything, from a well-stocked pantry to my favorite Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure, just like a hotel. A nearby local 4 Square had anything else I needed, though most essentials were already provided. I’m quite particular and this place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay again if traveling solo. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Irene’s. It was great to be so close to the beach and there were lots of shops and cafes within walking distance. It’s a scenic 20 minute drive to Snow Planet is that is part of your holiday plans. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Irene was so friendly, helpful and caring. We would definitely stay again.

Mathilde was so friendly and supportive. She has prepared a wonderful guide with walking maps and cafe recommendations. The flat was well stocked, warm and comfortable. It’s a lovely area with gorgeous bush walks and cafes within walking distance and beaches via a short drive. We will definitely stay again.
