Centrally located craftsman home that has all amenities for basic living. This unit is the entire top/main floor (not a basement or ADU) and completely private with its own entrance. Home has central A/C for those hot summer days! We are a 5 min walk from buses, locally owned restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, beautiful Lents park and the famous 82nd st. The property is a duplex with a top/bottom unit. My wife and I will be living on the bottom floor with a separate entrance.
