There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. The room itself is compact but functional It is considered to be compact and reasonable price is also attractive. I think it's perfect for long term stays. Please use it as a base for skiing and snowboarding. In the summer season, you can also barbecue. When using the barbecue corner, there is a separate fee of 2000 yen, with a stove, chairs, tables, dishes, and cooking utensils.Please contact us at the time of booking. In the summer season, there is also a trampoline, a slackline, etc. It will be summer season from May to mid-October. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt.
