We are proud to be the only house in the entertainment district and in eyesight of all the exciting businesses next door. Come play cornhole in the back yard, test your skill on our Olhausen 22’ regulation size shuffleboard, go sightseeing around the Baker District on our selection of bikes 🚴 and enjoy some honey 🐝 from our White River farm. Covered 2 slip boat dock w/new stairs down to the dock/kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom/3 bath on 7 acres w/new flooring thru out w/gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player/dvds. This home does not have wifi. Secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. This stretch of river is world class fishing: browns, cutthroats, rainbows, tigers. If you need a fishing guide we highly recommend Cox's Guide Service. Thank you so much!

Linens, dishes, pots, pans, oven, fridge, microwave, gas grill, washer, dryer, wi-fi and more. Perfect for a family get away/retreat. Cabin was updated in 2017. Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

Internet furnished. 3 miles to White River in Cotter and 6 miles to beautiful Bull Shoals Lake. Buffalo River approx. 30 minutes and Lake Norfork approximately 40 minutes. Ample parking for your boat.
