She has arranged everything for me during my stay and even was checking on me by text msg to make sure that everything is ok with me.The apartment is in perfect location, very clean n super cozy. Самое примечательное расположение квартиры Саломе - вокруг ее квартиры, здесь много достопримечательностей, старого Тбилиси, древние храмы, Сион, икона Анчи, Отец Креста, бетлеми, мост свободы, гогирдная баня , Еврейская синагога, рынок,можно с снимать катер и прагулять реке "кура" и так посмотреть Тбилиси, ето очень красиво вечером, пишком дойти до центра старого. Тбилиси, квартира расположена в очень тихом месте, есть парковка, квартира светлая,чистая, уютная, в квартире есть все необходимое, чтобы вы чувствовали себя как дома. Посетите Саломе, если хотите познакомиться со стариной. Тбилиси.Саломе очень приятный, комуникабелны, ана всегда на связе. Посетите етот Апартамент здес замечательно 😊

Мы целый месяц жили в этой небольшой, но очень уютной квартире в самом центре. Ремонт и мебель новые, отличная ванная комната (редкость для квартир в центре Тбилиси). В прохладные дни можно включить отопление, для жарких - есть кондиционер. Есть всё необходимое: холодильник, микроволновка, хороший интернет (т.к. мы оба работали из дома, нам было важно его наличие и стабильность), фен, утюг, посуда, телевизор. Стиральной машинки нет, но это не стало проблемой, нам помогала бабушка хозяйки, которая живет сверху. К ней можно обратиться за помощью по любому вопросу. Отдельно хочется отметить террасу, на который мы часто завтракали с прекрасным видом на город! Спасибо за гостеприимство! :)

Искали хорошую квартиру в Тбилиси, долго не могли найти. Жили в гостинице, но и там не понравилось. А в этой квартире хорошее месторасположение, качественный ремонт и уютная обстановка. А так же очень понравилось отношение хозяйки, трепетное, доброе, была готова всегда пойти на встречу 🤗 В общем, мы остались в полном восторге.

Mariam's Wine Garage is great - very friendly host and cosy apartments. I enjoyed the location, you will get a good hike each day up the hill. Bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, as the apartment is close to the road. Thanks so much Mariam!

Хозяин быстро отвечает на сообщения, очень отзывчивый и помог нам с размещением в незапланированный день. Сама студия расположена в потрясающем районе, он туристический поэтому вечерами может быть немного шумно, нам это не мешало - но если берёте с собой неспокойного питомца то будьте готовы к такому моменту. Все было чистое и было очень уютно, без отопления может быть немного прохладно но для тех кто любит потеплее закутаться - в квартире есть дополнительные одеяла. Если вы в Тбилиси первый раз - это замечательное расположение чтобы познакомиться со старым городом и осмотреть все знаковые достопримечательности и усталыми быстро добраться до кровати. Еще раз огромное спасибо за прием и заботу! С удовольствием поговорим у вас ещё. Обязательно рекомендую!

Great stay in Vake area of Tbilisi. Bekas place was an excellent choice. We have been to Tbilisi several times now. We love the city and this area in particular. Bekas was perhaps the best Air bnb host we have encountered. We learned a lot about the city and surrounding areas from him. When we were leaving he assisted us in getting to the airport on time as well. He communicated with us throughout the stay providing restaurant recommendations as well as activities. Upon leaving we definitely would stay with Beka again. I would say that we were lucky to have met and now have a friend as well as an excellent air bnb option in Tbilisi any time we visit. Definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Прекрасное место со внутренним двориком и цветочной террасой в удобной шаговой доступности: супермаркеты, метро "Маржинашвили", парки, кафе. Очень гостеприимные хозяева! Могут помочь с радушием в любых вопросах, угощают кофе и настоящей грузинской домашней кухней!

Without hesitation, nor hyperbole, I can say that Nazy's guesthouse is the best I have ever stayed at. After a fun taxi ride with a local Georgian hip-hop enthusiast, I arrived at Nazy's to a warm welcome and a peaceful, elegant atmosphere. The building itself, the communal spaces and facilities, and the dorm in which I stayed were all immaculate and beautiful. Nazy and her family have created something incredible here. 5 star hotels are certainly out of my price range and focus, but this guesthouse presents an experience worth far, far more than the price you pay to stay here. It is spacious and charming. Nazy's grace and hospitality are completely faultless - even cooking for me the wild mushrooms that I picked in the forest one day, and always ready with advice and information about the Pankisi valley and it's opportunities. I felt so, so valued as a guest in her home. I wish I had more space to say more! Above all - Good luck finishing the absolute banquets you will be served!

That's not just an accommodation, that's a place where community life is going on, both, of the guests and local employees, who together with Nazy run the place. The building is very beautiful, clean and with an atmosphere. Food was delicious. But what was truly unique is the the collective vibe there. Nazy is a very proactive and responsive host, who cares for guests. We rented mountain bikes from Nazy, and explored the surranding. Laundry is also available. This was the best place we stay at in Georgia, fully recommend!

I loved my stay at Gvantsa and her family home ! It felt like I was part of a Georgian family for a few days. The house is beautiful and has a nice garden, the location is very useful if you want to visit David Gareji ! Bonus1 : Gvantsa helped me to book some train tickets (in an Armenian website) ; bonus2 : Gvantsa and her friend proposed to drive me to the desert, and I had the chance to visit a local winery (friend of Gvantsa) which wasn’t expected at all ! During my stay, the aunt cooked for us traditional food (and vegetarian as I asked for) and it was always delicious ! :)

Nino war gut erreichbar, ihre Eltern haben uns persönlich empfangen. Ich war auf der Suche nach dem ehemaligen Haus meiner Oma. Ihr Vater hat einen Historiker der Stadt für mich kontaktiert, der mir die Geschichte der Deutschen Einwanderer zeigte in Bolnissi zeigte und erklärte. Die Unterkunft von Nino ist 200 Jahre alt, gebaut von Deutschen Einwanderern. Das Haus hat Risse und knirschende Böden, dafür auch viel bezeugter Geschichte. Empfehle das Haus sehr für geschichtlich interessierte Menschen.

Roy is a cool host who can give some really great life advices to lead a life as a great guy!!! has a cozy place with a cute hamster.... makes great coffee and i would recommend you as he was present there to help with anything you need during your stay at Roy's place. Well he is a great man!!
