I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks while in Tbilisi. Medea was a great host who was helpful, responsive, flexible, and communicated well. I think this was a much better value than staying in a hotel that would have costed more and only have been a bedroom. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and in a great location. I went there to spend time with my partner and subsequently spent a lot of time in the apartment. It was very comfortable. The apartment is also in a great location, with many great sights, restaurants, and locations being within a 30 minute walk. There are also two small grocery stores and a restaurant right outside the apartment too. If I go to Tbilisi again, I will definitely try to stay here.

After checking in it turned out that there was no warm water in the Apartment for the next 3-4 days which was a general problem in the building and beyond the control of the host. The host Roman acted spectacularly fast , was available literally 24/7 and organised everything so that we could quickly and super smoothly move to another, bigger and more expensive flat without having to pay anything extra. Big thanks to Roman for his incredible support and problem solving mindset, absolutely fantastic. Can recommend this host 100%.

Walking distance to everything: old town, Rustaveli Avenue, cafes, museums, Galleria Mall / Metro Inside, the apartment is clean, well equipped and comfortable with high quality bedding and reliable Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work). There is even a quaint Italian yard off of the fully equipped kitchen It is clear that Eka genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay and responds quickly to any requests or questions Great place to book and visit!

I really enjoyed staying at Anna’s apartment. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the Technical University metro station, and there are plenty of grocery stores, cafés, and more nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. For a solo long-term trip, it’s an ideal option — everything is there for a comfortable stay. Really nice apartment with a fantastic balcony. Includes everything you need for a long stay and a great view 24 hours a day. Several grocery shops on the ground floor and Mziuri Park nearby.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. Nino ve Eşi iyi bir ev sahibi ve çok yardımsever. Ev fotoğraflardakinin aynısı, fiyatı gayet uygun. konum olarak merkezi noktalara metro ile ulaşılabilir. ( marjenishvilli) pastaneler ve outlet giyim mağazaları spar gibi yerel marketler ile ihtiyaçlarınızı kolayca giderebilirsiniz. Bir avluya bakan bir kaç küçük ev ile aynı bahçeyi paylaşıyor ev, camlarda sineklik olmasıda büyük rahatlık, her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi, memnun kaldık. Evimizde gibi hissettik, tekrar tiflise geldiğimizde tercih edeceğiz. Sevgiler💕✨

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. This place is located in the heart of the city, and surprisingly quiet; considering its location. Almost everything you need is at a walkable distance. There’s a shopping mall nearby, as well as smaller shopping centers, and stores. There are so many restaurants, and bars in the area, and it is very safe. It offers amenities required for both long and short stays. The host is very responsive, and helpful. I would definitely love to book a stay in Saba’s property again. Also, I would definitely recommend Saba’s place to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Tbilisi.
