Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District

Sude was in touch whenever necessary. There is a housekeeper on-site which was an advantage. We found the peace and serenity of the place a rare pleasure. Watching the ocean at various times of the say was soothing for the soul and just what we needed after a very busy few months at work. We did have other work to do which we could do at a leisurely pace, in absolute quiet. We enjoyed the pool, walks on empty beaches, a festival at a nearby Wat, and restaurants within walking (or short driving distance) form the house. My only issue is the Thai mattresses on the beds. Being a Westerner used to inner springs, I personally found the beds uncomfortable. Fortunately there was other bedding available to soften the impact. This notwithstanding, I loved every moment of my stay at Hippuky. It must be noted that the kitchen are was impeccably clean and well stocked with necessary cooking equipment - even and oven!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

Great home in a nice and relaxing area. The original location on the map is incorrect, this house is more on the Pranburi side and about 15 mins from Sam Roi Yot beach. You need your own transport to get around and the host kindly helped us rent a moto. There is also a small restaurant within a 5-10 min walk. Regardless, the home is situated in a quiet area with a nice view of mountains and a small pond with ducks/geese. The host was very nice and accommodating for whatever was needed, will definitely come back here.

A nice retreat place if you want to stay away from the city. Walkable place to convenient store 7E (it has almost everything from eggs,bread, frozen halal sausages & etc). The rooms are all spacious, clean and spotless. Swimming pool are also big but need to bring floats if you have toddlers because it is deep. Sebastien provided enough cleaning essentials too during our stay & there are no mosquitoes around the house. We will definitely recommend to big families to come over.

It was lovely to be back for our 2nd visit - we had such a relaxing time & the kids loved the swimming pool. The beach is only a 5 min walk, and even shorter if you use one of the available bicycles. A few great seafood restaurants nearby, and kite surfing spots, for those interested.

A very nice large house in a small bungalow settlement (7 houses) with everything you need from the washing machine to the coffee machine . Beautiful large pool and only 5 minutes to the sea.

The Villa has many pluses including hot water in all the showers and good pressure, and ac and comfortable beds in every room. It is quiet, the beach is close, and it has a nice private pool. It's close to different restaurants and a mini Mart down the way. There is a tennis court in the back if you bring your own tennis balls and rackets. There is also a kitchen if you need to cook. Some downsides are that there is maintenance needed on the building and appliances within. Some either do not work or work slowly. However, the owner was very nice and the maids very helpful and accommodating.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Great place, staff were great and the pool area is fantastic. The balcony doesn’t have any furniture at the moment which is a shame as it would have been nice to sit out there in the mornings/evenings.

Our hosts were lovely and helped us organize transportation and find a rental. House was big and had lots of personal details, we felt like home. It was very peaceful neighborhood and only few minutes with scooter from a beach. Great stay

Ian is a friendly host, his pool villa is clean and comfy with classy Thai interior decor. The outdoor lounge and dining area in the patio is amazing, where you spend most of your time, we much enjoyed it and like to recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the retreat in the countryside of Thailand!
