ผมรวมกลุ่มกับเพื่อนๆ พาบุพการี (อายุ 73-88) ไปเที่ยวพักผ่อนกัน หลังจากเลือกอยู่พักหนึ่ง ก็ได้ Pool Villa ของคุณ Katherine หลังนี้ อยู่เกือบติดทะเลบางเสร่ บ้านสวยและตกแต่งดีมาก ผู้ใหญ่ตื่นเต้นกันใหญ่ ห้องนอนมี 3 ห้อง จัดที่นอนไว้เรียบร้อย สะอาด แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ ห้องน้ำกว้างขวางมาก พอจัดสรรห้องกันเสร็จ ผมก็ออกไปซื้อกับข้าว ผู้ใหญ่ก็ออกไปเล่นน้ำทะเล ซึ่งเดินออกจากบ้านไปสัก 100m ได้ หาดช่วงนี้ค่อนข้างจะชัน เดินลงไป 5m น้ำก็ถึงระดับคอแล้ว ของใช้ในครัวค่อนข้างจะครบ จานชามเหลือเฟือ มีดลับไว้คมกริบ สระน้ำหน้าบ้าน คลอรีนไม่แรง แต่น้ำใสสะอาดดีมาก ห้องนอนเก็บเสียงได้ดี นอนสบาย เงียบมาก เห็นผู้ใหญ่หลับดีกันทุกคน ผมใช้เตาไฟฟ้ารุ่นในครัวไม่เป็น โทรไปสอบถามก็ได้รับคำแนะนำทันที คุณแบล็คคอย Standby รับสายตลอดเวลา สรุปเป็นประสบการณ์ดีเยี่ยมในการเข้าพักที่บ้านของคุณ Kat ทุกคนอยากขอบคุณคุณ Kat ที่เปิดบ้านให้พวกเราเข้าพัก และคิดว่าคงได้มีโอกาสมาขอใช้บ้านคุณ Kat อีกในอนาคตครับ

this house was a perfect getaway for us ,brilliant for family time together the hosts are amazing really responsive overall a super experience, the only thing I would say to anyone coming to stay here (and this has nothing to do with the house or hosts) is the beach is not good it's very dirty and not good for anything other than collecting shellfish to eat,if you have transport then there is a beach not far which is wonderful

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Andra gången jag bor här & förhoppningsvis inte sista. Läget är perfekt med nära till allt. Personalen & värden är mycket vänliga & man känner sig verkligen välkommen. North Beach Pattaya <3

这是我入住过最舒服的一家芭提雅民宿，空间够大，而且非常干净卫生。屋主提供免费的饮料，还有消毒好的厨具，各种不同的调味酱料，还有餐桌也是可以一人一锅的电磁炉餐桌，在这里入住就跟在家一样方便

Очень чистые и уютные апартаменты в новом кондоминимуме. Все необходимое есть и лучшего качества. Море через дорогу. Только неприятно очень шумно на улице на выходных до 2 часов ночи. Но это от хозяев не зависит

This is a really nice place in a good apartment building. Its first floor (but basically on the second) There are actually two balconies one of them is big like a terrace and you can see some sea from it and it has table and chairs. The apartment had everything you might need and it is obvious that it is not something people give for rent but also use themselves. It has this “home” feeling to it! We liked it a lot. Balconies on two sides make it breezy inside so we never really used air conditioning only fans. The app needs some minor repairs and the cleaning lady is maybe not top notch, but look at the price it is a great deal and all small things are included in that price I think. Grab it if you can! Annemarie is really nice and always ready to help if needed. Thank you again we had a great time!

It was great to have the option of our own pool or walking to the beach. There are many amenities on the resort and a restaurant right at the gate. There are many aircon in all the bedrooms was very helpful and so nice to have our own full kitchen and washing machine. We had a great stay!

Rayong Ultimate River Beach Wij zijn een maand in appt. 201 geweest. Eigendom van Petchara. Een heerlijk huisje met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijk bed en een bad in de badkamer, Geen inloopdouche, dus je moet in het bad douchen. Er is heel veel verkeer op de weg voor het appt, maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad. Als je een lichte slaper bent is dat het enige minpuntje. Het zwembad oo het dak js fantastisch en er komen bijna geen mensen, dus het voelt als een privé zwembad. Ons appt werd elke week schoongemaakt en ons bed werd verschoond. Ook als er iets was, werd het gelijk opgelost. Hele goede service. Een tip voor de eigenaar is wel om een user quide te maken voor de verschillende items. Hoe moet de deur geopend worden. Dan de wifi, de tv en de kookplaat. Zou dus erg handig zijn. En aankomstcommunicatie moet beter. Dat was even een dingetje, speciaal na zo’n lange reis. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en willen ws terugkomen!!!

very responsive owner. place was very clean. great place to stay for a very period as it’s a extremely peaceful place.

Sephany was very helpful and managed to find a good solution when there was an emergency. She looked after us very well.

Very nice location on the beach. Many restaurants and vendors. host very helpful.

入住飞行

We were so happy to spend a few days in this peaceful place in front of the sea. The house was big enough for our group of 7 people. Great restaurants & bars in the surroundings. Preeyadha and her husband are really friendly and gave us advice on the best spots to see in Koh Samet. Thank you so much !

Schön abgelegene Anlage, tagsüber wird der Strand von Influenzern belagert, spätestens zum Sonnenuntergang kehrt aber wieder Ruhe ein. Das der Weg zur Anlage gerade ausgebaut wird, gehe ich davon aus das sich das Ambiente ändern wird, ob zum besseren muss sich zeigen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊
