Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. This is a good house with a clean pool, on a quiet area. We enjoyed having a party next to the pool, and the bedrooms were nice and clean. The living room is great! The master bathroom and bedroom are particularly good. we enjoyed visiting the beach (walking distance to the beach) nice air condition good size kitchen

Beng and Irene are the best host you can ever get! They are extremely nice and friendly. They can accommodate your needs and an also coordinate the ride for you especially to and from restaurants. We were lucky to get Beng’s speed boat to go to the island and they coordinate everything for us! The place is also very peaceful and I would 100% recommendations staying at their place!

We felt at home from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The house is private and beautiful. The pool area is stunning. We loved sitting around the pool and listening to music. The location is excellent: the coast is a 2 minute walk away. Short drive to "saai lung" and the city proper. The 3 bedrooms all have ensuites and air conditioning which makes it very liveable for a big group. The Thai style kitchen outside makes it easy to cook whatever you want. The house is serviced with towels and water often. The housekeeper is a lovely person. The communication and flexibility of the hosts was excellent. We are very thankful we found this place for a very special trip. Well done! We were lucky to find this place. For those looking for a real Thai experience in Rayong in a stunning house that can accommodate many people, look no further.

A top spot for a peace and privacy-loving party. My two families and I were at Sven Erik Villa and everything went smoothly. Nearby, you'll find affordable restaurants and a larger number of services and entertainment is just a 20-60-minute drive from the property.

Excellent stay. Accurately described on AirBnB. Good sized house, with plenty of space. Well serviced by staff from the adjacent hotel. We had some issues with the hot water, but these were fixed quickly and professionally.

Really nice place wow 🤩 The private suburb had its own front gate security which was comforting.the villa was beautifully presented with only a few issues which were addressed promptly. The location was very central and private. Our family loved it.

one of the best air B&B places i / we had stayed in, the host was super responsive, always available when needed some small help, overall, i think the place was fantastic, everything was provided. the location was central to everything. This is the most comfortable Pattaya homestay I have ever stayed in, the space is big enough and very clean and hygienic.The owner offers free drinks, sanitized kitchenware, a variety of different seasoning sauces, and the dining table is also an electric induction cooker table for one person. It is as convenient as staying here.

I had a wonderful visit to Rayong, at the VIP Chain Resort. Virginia was incredibly responsive. When my driver didn't show up to pick my up at the Bangkok airport, Virginia actually texted me back, even though it was about 2:30am! I didn't expect her to get back to me in the middle of the night. Likewise she was very helpful, and available throughout my visit. Even though i didn't need anything while i was there, i felt reassured knowing she was there to help out if need be. The resort staff were also very helpful and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning, before check in time. Exhausted from a long flight from California, i was able to check into my unit pretty early in the morning...i was so grateful for that accommodation! The unit I stayed in was very lovely. It was private, quiet, clean, and spacious. The resort is a full service resort that you can take advantage of (or not). There are two pools, a restaurant/bar, tennis courts, etc. I took advantage of the Spa, where the massage services were excellent. The beach was literally across the street from the resorts. Also close are many little restaurants to grab a meal. If you decide to stay at this resort, just know it's CASH ONLY for all services and food - and you can't run a tab. You need to pay as you go. They also required a $5000 Baht deposit for the key. So, make sure you come prepared with plenty of cash. There's an ATM not too far away, but it's a decent walk. Rayong was super quiet. I didn't know what to expect, but i quite enjoyed how mellow it was. A great place for relaxation or a family vacation. I would definitely stay there again should i visit Rayong in the future. Hi, it's really nice place to stay!

Beng was super friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had water to stay hydrated and showed us around the house when we arrived. It was clean and a really quiet and peaceful area. All rooms have AC besides the living room but it didn’t bother us since we had fans and we spent most of the time outside anyways. I would definitely book with Beng again!

Just feel like home, everything is clean and ready in the house. Always has someone to help out, no worries. The kids love the pool access right in front of the house. Location is great, getting around is very easy. having a gas station not too far away, makes you feel you can drive to anywhere is Rayong seamless.
