I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

We stayed with our baby for 1.5 months in September/October. The proximity of the house to the sea, walking distance to the center and the producer market was very good. We didn't even need a car. The house had everything we needed for a long-term stay. You can swim in the sea directly in front of the compound, it is a very beautiful environment, you can sit under the natural shade of the trees, the sea is spotless. She can come freely, who takes her chair and tea, everyone is very friendly. We loved Datça, the people of Datca (summer house):) The neighbors are affectionate, calm, away from the noise. Our host, Ms. Naz, was always available and provided quick and practical solutions even if there were any disruptions. She even prepared a bed for our baby, special for us:) We met Ms. Naz for the first time, but she hosted us as if she were her family. Thank you so much, we recommend this sweet home to everyone with peace of mind.

The balcony has a lovely view, and the space itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our host Özlem Hn, responded quickly to all our questions before and after the reservation. Ayşegül Hn, who greeted us when we entered the house, was also very kind and hospitable. She gave us information about the use of the house very well, we felt like it was our own home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and was furnished with pleasure. All the materials in the kitchen were carefully selected and clean. The site also has 2 private beaches. Hebil beach was very close to the house, you can easily reach it on foot. The beach, İncilipınar and Bodrum will be the only places we will prefer again. We had a very pleasant time with the view on the balcony. We are very pleased, thank you again to Ms. Özlem for the nice hosting🤗🌸

You feel like you are in your own home in a one-to-one environment for calm listening, and it was a plus for us that they were flexible at check-in and check-out. If my route is Fethiye again, it can be my first address 🙏

Our host Mehmet and Ibrahim were great! I have 2 small kids, this place was amazing for families. They arranged my transfers from the airport and from this place to city center in Fethiye couple times. Every time we needed something done at the home, Ibrahim was very responsive and took care of it right away. It is walking distance to boardwalk, many restaurants/bars, groceries. It was super convenient to have a market and restaurant within the community! We loved the private beach for the community as well as all 7 bigger pools. The pool in the house was a salt water which was a winner for us! I recommend this place for anyone! It had everything my family and kids needed!

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We loved staying at Engin’s place - the apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and the location right at the beach was just perfect! Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace, great restaurant and pool at the building complex. The supermarket and busier streets for shopping/food/night life were at walking distances. I definitely recommend staying in this part of Fethiye rather than the hotels in the city center or near crowded boulevards. We’ll definitely come back here ☺️ Teşekkür ederiz!

We had a wonderful stay at Köksal’s villa! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The villa itself was spotless—so clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a short 5-minute walk to shops and other local spots. As foreigners visiting Bodrum, we really appreciated Köksal’s local recommendations—they helped us discover great places and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was truly a great experience, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!

Yılmaz's place was stunning, The decor was great and modern, everything was clean and ready to use. Everything was as described if not more impressive in person. Yılmaz was a wonderful host, helping us check in, and showed us around. He provided local recommendations, and any issues we had he was proactive in resolving. I stayed in Marmaris for five days and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place! The house near the Marina was absolutely perfect —the view was breathtaking, everything was spotless, and the overall vibe was just amazing. It truly felt like a home away from home. This stay was truly unforgettable. I left a piece of my heart at that beautiful location in Marmaris. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical experience.

I’ve stayed at Ahmet’s place a couple of times now. Ahmet is a great host, helping with luggage on arrival, checking in appropriately throughout the stay to ensure everything was ok. Checkout was easy. Ahmet’s place is in a fantastic location in the centre of the Marina, surrounded by great restaurants ( shout out to Cafe Gusta for the great food, service and discount :-) ), and it’s easy to walk to everywhere (the Marina is vehicle free after 11.00). Despite being in the centre of the Marina there is never any noise disturbance, and I had a great sleep every night. The outside space is great, with 2 Sunbed with cushions, bench, table and chair. The views are great, straight out to the sea and bay on both sides. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks Ahmet for a great stay.

The house was 5 steps to the sea. The sea was perfectly clean and there was no waves because it was a bay. We were extremely satisfied. There was a restaurant right next door, it was delicious and they also served the house. We had a perfect time in the garden. It was overly enjoyable. Definitely a must go and see.

The house is in a great location, we ate every evening against the sunset view. It is very close to the sea by stairs from the house, the site is very organized people, there are no sunbeds problems even on the holiday, the sea mornings are a little wavy in the afternoon, but it is not cold to enter and the water temperature is not cold, the house is very nicely furnished, the house is very well furnished, the house is dusted because the house was left open for cleaning on the first day, although the house was cleaned on the first day, we wrote to Mr. Berke and he wrote it again, the house was a little old and small, the barbecue in the house was a bit old and small, we were very impressed with the veranda, we were very impressed with the veranda. It was very nice to stay at Mr. Oktay's house. Mr. Oktay also has a restaurant called Gusta, just below the house, where very nice people work, and he also serves breakfast to those staying at his house. The same goes for home photos. If you are coming to Marmaris, you can stay at Mr. Oktay's house. We will definitely stay at Mr. Oktay's house the next time we come.
