Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mugnano, Lucca

We loved our stay! The location was perfect — highly walkable with plenty of cafes and restaurants right in the same piazza. Parking was convenient, which made things even easier. We stayed with two young children and found the space very comfortable overall. The only minor challenge was the stairs, especially with a stroller and gear, but it was manageable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in der Toskana zu verbringen und um uns Pisa und Florenz anzuschauen. Dafür war die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. In dem Ort ist nicht viel los, aber das brauchten wir auch nicht. Die Wohnung entsprach 1:1 der Beschreibung, war sauber, modern u mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Hamza antwortete innerhalb weniger Minuten und kam zur Schlüsselübergabe zur vereinbarten Zeit. Der Vermieter arbeitet in der Bar/ Restaurant fußläufig zur Wohnung, die man auf alle Fälle besuchen sollte, wenn man ein paar Tage dort ist. Es war mal was anderes (tolles Konzept) und sehr lecker. *Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt*

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Stayed her for 3 night with our family of 4 (2 kids ages 5 and 9). The place is better than the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area, lots of space for kids to run and swim. Location is close to restaurants including one of our best meals in Italy - “Da Benito”. Franco was attentive and kind. They even made us a welcome meal/wine. The place had everything you could imagine needing and more ie. Robes/slippers. Our only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely be back! Book it, you will not regret it!

Great apartment, very spacious with a great terrace and everything one needs. Everything worked and really enjoyed the place. The beds were comfortable and the decore was very nice. Luca was very attentive and caring via message.

Wonderful and cozy space! Perfect for families. There is a kid’s room with toys and there are 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out and play. Our 3 year old loved it! Looks just like the pictures. Modern, cozy and quiet. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. The area is perfect, right next to the grocery store. Lucca is small so everything is within walking distance and this place felt very central. Great restaurants and cute shops just a block away. Super convenient with a washer and dryer. Especially traveling with a toddler. We literally want to move in! Hahaha we could have stayed another month. The only thing I’d recommend is a curtain for the child room. If you have a kiddo who is sensitive to light and you forget a blackout curtain like we did, it might be a bit bright.

This is an absolutely beautiful, spacious apartment in a perfect location in Lucca. The rich history of the oil paintings and antiques made us feel even more special staying here. The owner was super helpful with our bags when we arrived and departed (we were traveling with a toddler) and helped us navigate the ZTL and parking. A truly warm welcome. We plan to absolutely stay here again on our next trip to town. We highly recommend for anyone considering a stay in Lucca!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

L'alloggio di Elisa è splendido, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e dispongono di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Elisa è stata sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli, Irina e Gianni, genitori di Elisa che vivono accanto, sono due persone meravigliose, disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente se ripasseremo in zona, torneremo qui! Grazie di tutto :)

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

This place was amazing. Great location, facilities, very clean, with an excellent outside space to relax and eat/drink. Just a few yards from the centre. Fillipo the host was very helpful and any questions sent to him were responded to within a few minutes. 5 STAR

We thought Bonnie's place was incredible! The apartment was immaculate and so well appointed. It has been remodeled with two wonderful bathrooms, a great kitchen, and unlike most places in Italy, there is a separate washer and dryer, which we loved. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the center of Lucca, and also close to the wall. If I were ever to return to Lucca, I would definitely stay here again!

Very centrally located and quiet apartment in the centre of Lucca. The main attractions are just a few minutes away. The apartment is in an old "palazzo" and wow - amazing. As there is a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable living room and a separate bedroom the apartment is very suitable for a longer stay. AC for hot days is available. Situated on the second floor with no lift.

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war perfekt und wir durften sogar früher ein- und später auschecken. Das Bad war klein, aber funktional. Leider war uns nachts trotz Klimaanlage zu warm, da das Bett direkt unter das Dach gebaut ist. Die Wasserpumpe war zudem recht laut (auch wenn kein Wasser lief). Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man kein Problem mit steilen Treppen hat :)

Andrea is an excellent host, very mindful and attentive to his guests’ needs. The Airbnb has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay and being a neat freak the place is spotless! The Airbnb has been thoughtfully designed and the space is free flowing and uncluttered. Thank you Andrea for the most nourishing stay/ visit in beautiful Lucca! We’ll see you next time!!!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Casa di campagna caratteristica, con ancora caminetto e stufa a legna, finestre in legno e travi a vista che creano un'atmosfera caratteristica e di relax. Gli host vivono vicino e sono due persone simpatiche ed ospitali. Il panorama che si gode è di valore.

Logement très propre, conforme à l'annonce. Chambre très spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie. Place de parking dans la résidence. Situé à quelques kilomètres de Pise, très central pour faire la visite de la Toscane. Nous remercions Francesca qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité et pour ses conseils pour les visites.
