Holiday rentals with a patio in Mulyorejo

I love this listing—it’s exactly as shown in the photos and described in the details. The location is superb—just 30 minutes from the airport and right above Pakuwon Mall, so everything is within a 5-minute walk: cinema, food court, shops, you name it. I also appreciate the practical interior and well-chosen furniture. The unit comes with basic utensils and simple cooking facilities, which made the stay even more convenient. Plus, Aris was a great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Very good place surrounded by mall and culinary places. Recomended place to stay

This is my second stay here...the first was one month and this stay was two months. Fantastic amenities in the complex with a huge pool and a small but well equipped gym, both of which I used most days. Downstairs is Pakuwon Mall and PTC with everything you could possibly want from cinemas, massages, hairdressers, supermarkets and dentists as well as hundreds of places to eat.

Marissa is such a communicative and helpfull host. she helped my friends who stayed in her unit during check in flawlessly. she can speak bahasa, english, and abit of chinese. so you will find no issue in communication. Overall, the stay was exactly what we expected for the price. The place was clean and had all the essentials we needed. The location was convenient for traveller who wants to stay in mall area with easy access. Would recommend if you're looking for something budget-friendly and comfortable.

Casaluca's room was clean and very accessible. We have no trouble checking in and finding the room ourselves. He also updated the change the room accordingly due to actions of previous tenants. Thank you very being very considerate and responsive!

The space was exactly as described, matching the photos perfectly with all listed amenities, and it was impeccably clean, boasting spotless furniture, linens, a pristine kitchen, and a squeaky-clean bathroom. Located in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with beautiful surroundings, great restaurants, and lots to do, this Airbnb was the perfect base for exploring, making my stay truly exceptional thanks to Devi Nathania’s outstanding hospitality!

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏

Nice place, very clean. Asri is a great host who is friendly, responsive & accommodative. We had to change the date at the last minute and she took care of it immediately & provided exactly what we needed. The apartment is well maintained & fully equipped. We didn't need to worry if we ran out of drinking water, toilet tissue or other essentials. Asri is on top of things. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we visit Surabaya.
