We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There are a few flights of stairs that aren’t very wide and the building doesn’t have an elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage that may be a little difficult, but the views and the apartment are definitely worth it. All of the finishings were thought through and high quality. The location was directly up from the lake and we were given excellent instructions on how to take the shortcut to get down there. The road to get to the apartment had roadworks happening while we were there, but was still totally manageable. Overall we had a great stay!

Logement très bien situé par rapport à Bled et aux gorges de Vintgar notamment . Logement propre et assez bien équipé. L'appartement est en sous sol mais équipé de grandes fenêtres. Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais il est peut être un peu sombre s'il ne fait pas beau. Darinka est très disponible et très attentionnée. Petit detail qui peut être surprenant : elle entre dans l'appartement quand nous sommes absents pour changer les serviettes... (un peu comme dans un hôtel ). Appartement que nous recommandons.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Die Unterkunft ist super neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir konnten Honig aus eigener Herstellung probieren und leckere slowenische Köstlichkeiten testen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, die Unterkunft können wir absolut weiter empfehlen.

Amazing place and great host. Frančiška met me at check-in, showed me around, and gave tips on the area. She was very nice and responsive. The apartment is a nice walk from Bled and has everything I needed!

We have stayed in many fantastic Airbnb’s but none of them come close to this apartment! The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful view of Lake Bled and surrounding mountains and very close proximity to the lake and train station.

We stayed here for our first time in Slovenia and it felt like such a cozy home the moment we walked in through the doors! Eva was so lovely and provided wonderful instructions every step of the way. The neighborhood was peaceful and only a half hour walk down to Lake Bled. We absolutely loved our stay and it all came down to the little things: the heated tile flooring, the wood burner, towel warmer, the delicious wine, and on and on! Would recommend staying here 5⭐️

But what truly made the stay exceptional were our hosts, Milly and Yern. They were the best—so friendly, warm, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us wonderful local tips and recommendations. We felt like part of the family and were genuinely sad to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with heart and character, this is it. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour chez Tadeja, nous avons trouvé exactement ce que nous étions venus chercher : la beauté époustouflante du lieu, l’accueil très chaleureux, la propreté, la discussion que nous avons eu avec Tadeja, le calme extraordinaire et la nature sauvage de la Slovénie. L’endroit est parfait pour découvrir les différents sites autour du lac de bled sans les désavantages de la surpopulation. C’est un petit écrin de paradis et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir avec l’ensemble de notre famille.

The Belavila apartment served us very well with a well equipped and thoughtful presentation. Located in serene Bohinjska Bela this is a great alternative to busy Bled but still provides beauty and charm. We did hikes from the apartment to Lake Bled and this worked well. Good recommendations and tourist guide was a very thoughtful addition. Highly recommended.

Once you read the instructions for the apartment (which are very very well made and clear of course) you are good to go in every way! Very good location, private enough but close to the lake and city. The house is perfect, have enough rooms and a huge balcony, everything as it is described. Denis is very helpful if anything comes across.

L'appartamento di Petra è immerso nella natura e in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere Bled. L'appartamento si presenta appena ristrutturato e dotato dei principali comfort di base. Petra è stata molto gentile sia per il check in flessibile sia per averci aiutato per un inconveniente alla nostra auto.

The studio apartment was perfect! It is small but there are many well designed empty shelfs and drawers for your belongings so you aren't overwhelmed by your own gear. The Julian Alps location was very convenient with many beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and hikes within a 40 minute drive. The outdoor space is very peaceful and beautiful with views of hills , hay field and wildflower meadow. Very Zen! Lastly, having the pizzeria right next door was a major plus. We ate there 3 nights in a row and the food was great and reasonably priced. We would absolutely stay here again if our travels lead us back to Slovenia.

Pia’s place was more than perfect for our 3 night stay in Bled. She personally awaited our arrival to greet us and show us around the space. Her place sits peacefully on the hilltop yet still only a 10 minute walk or quick bike ride down to the lake. The bikes provided by Pia were such a fun way to get around town. Wonderfully kept, we enjoyed the lake view from the lawn chairs each evening. Pia was gracious to respond to our needs or give any recommendations. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone adventuring to Bled and will keep it at the top of our list for a hopeful return!

The apartment was really comfortable, clean and beautiful. You have everything you need, even to cook a meal (inclusive olive oil, salt and pepper). The location was good too. It was easy to walk to the City Center (like 25mins) and to the lake (like 15mins). And last but not least Jaka was very nice and helpful. He even picked us up from the train station. Thanks again, made our trip a lot easier 🙏 We definitely recommend this apartment!

Klemen und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber. Vom herzlichen Empfang über regionale Tipps, frische Bettwäsche oder die sichere Verwahrung unserer Räder bis hin zu lokalem Honig und das Angebot zum Stand up Paddling - unsere Hosts haben uns bestens mit allem versorgt. Das Rose Apartement haben wir sehr sauber und gemütlich vorgefunden. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren vierzehntägigen Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung benötigten. Unser tägliches Frühstück unterm Pflaumenbaum im Garten, die dörfliche Ruhe abseits vom trubeligen See und die angenehm kühlen Nächte nach den heißen Tagen waren sehr erholsam. Mit dem Rad ist man in 12 Minuten am See (bergab), dank Elektroantrieb fast ebenso schnell wieder oben... Die Gegend ist beliebt bei (Renn-)Radfahrern und Wanderern. Direkt vom Haus erreicht man schnell viele schöne Ziele und natürlich den herrlichen Bleder See. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

We stayed in for a few nights with my partner and two young boys, as we were actually getting married on Lake Bled. What a fantastic place. The accommodation is located in a lovely small rural village just a short drive from Lake Bled, close enough but far enough to be away from the busy traffic and tour buses in the day. The scenery is just breathtaking and you feel really part of the village, with all authentic buildings and farms around, not touristy at all. The accommodation was perfect, again very authentic and traditional. Nice little kitchen which despite not having an oven was sufficient for us. Our hosts invited us around for a drink and some snacks for our boys which was so lovely, extremely friendly people. It was the perfect base for us to go to the Lake and surrounding area, the town and Lake of Bohinj very much worth a visit too a few miles down the road in the opposite way. A place we’ll never forget, not just for our wedding but this fantastic place and hosts.

We were really enjoying our stay, the place was clean and nice. Location was amazing for us - peaceful surrounding but close to Bled and relatively close to multiple other trip destinations. Gasper was really nice and communicative - he also provided us with super useful recommendations. We can recommend it everyone 🙂

the host Jani is a very kind person and helps in every situation. Perfect location in a very quiet village close to the tourist attractions of Lake Bled. Walking distance to the great tourist attraction of Vintgar (like - Lord of the Rings - Rivendell walk) I highly recommend.

Very nice apartment! Eva was super nice and helpful to us and the kids! Showed out kids the farm and the tasks she had to do on the farm. Was always easy to reach and helpful with all the questions we had. Apartment was super clean and new. Highly recommend!

Wer immer eine absolut ruhige Wohnung etwas abseits von den mittlerweile auch in Slowenien fast unerträglichen Touristenströmen sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit allem nötigen eingerichtet , blitzsauber und traumhaft gelegen. In der sommerlichen Hitze haben wir den kühlenden Abendwind vom Wald her genossen. Am Morgen wecken einen die Vögel mit ihrem kunstvollen Gesang. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Vom Standort der Wohnung ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell an allen schönen Orten des Nationalparks oder am See von Bled. Einfach alles perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
