The Nest - Self check-in

The Nest is located in a small Alpine vilage, next to one of the worlds most beautiful rivers, called Soča. It's name comes from the apartments location. It's situated on the bottom of the mountain, surrounded by the forrest, overlooking the valley from up high over the rest of the village rooftops. It's really cosy, with lots of natural light and relaxing sounds throughout the whole day. If you prefer to have birds, crickets and othe small animals for neigbours, The Nest is the place for you!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful place, Melanie was their to great us and had left treats for us and the children. The views are out of this world I felt truly blessed to be able to wake up and sit out on the balcony. The house had everything we needed, hammocks, bat and ball games for the children. The local area is backed with walks to waterfalls some are only a 20 min walk away and easy to get too. When I sent messages to Melanie or her husband they where answered quickly and helpfully. Roman and Melanie brought up a traditional local desert for us to try and it was very tasty. I would fully recommend for anyone visiting Slovenia to stay here, we had five days and I wish we had stayed for the last two days of our holiday as we moved on to a hotel which has cost more but isn't as good as this home! Thank you so much we would definitely come back. Jen, Adam, Ellie and Tristan x

We had a very nice stay at Rok’s place in Breginj. The location is very quiet and serene. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom was very nice, with a heated towel rack and a rainfall shower. Rok’s parents were the contacts for the time we were at the rental. They were very nice and accommodating and we sat down for schnapps with them on multiple occasions. As was mentioned in Ronja’s review, the 1.5km road to the rental is long, tight and varies from paved to unpaved in multiple places.

Beautiful apartment with everything you can ever need in a stunning and relaxing neighbourhood between the mountain. Very clean and easy to get to the surrounding areas. Perfect communication with Andreja who was very kind and friendly. Would definitely 100% recommend to anyone visiting!
