Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and gatherings. Airport or similiar transfers we organise!

Kuca je kompletno renovirana 2024god. Tešnjar je stari deo grada Valjeva i jedan od njegovih najupečatljivijih simbola. Nalazi se na desnoj obali Kolubare, stisnuto između toka reke i brda. Danas je Tešnjar jedna od retkih sačuvanih orijentalnih celina u Srbiji. Sastoji se od jedne ulice koja prati tok reke Kolubare i nekoliko manjih ulica koje se spuštaju niz brdo ka njoj. Većina kuća u njemu izgrađena je u 19. stoljeću, ali uz poštovanje pronađenog stila i prostornog uređenja.

U dvorištu se nalaze bazen za opuštanje i letnja bašta sa rostiljem. Dvorište je ogradjeno biljkama i zatvoreno od pogleda prolaznika.
